How Can I Make A Payment?
For account security reasons, our customer service team cannot take your payment over the phone. Please use one of the convenient options below:
Bank Account (ACH) AutoPay
Make your monthly payments simple and never miss a payment when you enroll your storage units in AutoPay. Save your banking information once, and your payment will process automatically with no convenience fee.

CubeSmart Mobile App or our Online Customer Center to enroll in seconds.

Credit Card Payments
Use your credit or debit card to enroll in AutoPay or make one-time payments through the automated phone system, online, or in the mobile app. Convenience fees apply.‡
We accept Mastercard®, Discover®, Visa®, and American Express®.
In-Store Payment Options
Payments can be made at your local CubeSmart by cash, check or card with no convenience fee.
Please contact your store to make in-store payment arrangements.
Send a Check
Mail us a check to the address on the invoice. Please put your account number on the check.
‡In-store payments and ACH AutoPay have no additional fees. A 3% convenience fee applies to bank card AutoPay and one-time payments made online or by phone. See our Fee Schedule for details.
