My experience here was good. Until I was robbed. All the storage units next to mine were robbed as well (literally I was sandwiched between 2 of them) and I wasn’t informed of the possibility that I could have been robbed. There’s barely any cameras And the ones they do have are placed in terrible angles. Vivian is nice. Although she didn’t email or text or call me pushing some sort of warning. That in my opinion just seems off.

Vivian and Casey are wonderful. My experience is great. Great size for my needs and lowest pricing. Gate access. Very secure. Highly recommend. I had a 10x10 it fit my whole garage worth of boxes, totes and holiday decorations from our move. Here's some pics for reference.

Awesome customer service! This is my second time renting here and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Give them a try you ain't be sorry!! Update: my plans changed and I didn’t need my current size unit. I stopped in explained the situation. They moved me into a smaller unit. I literally did the whole process in 30 minutes! Easy process to get a unit. Mrs. Vivian is awesome and went above and beyond to make this process easy and as quick as possible. Mrs. Vivian is awesome and I was happy to work and talk with her throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The only thing I can say that is negative is that the facilities computer is very slow and makes the process longer than need be. Perhaps an upgrade or fixing the current computer for faster service. Other than that I can totally recommend Cube Smart for your atorage needs. Ask for Mrs. Vivian and she will take care of your storage needs and process an enjoyable and easy one.

On a very POSITIVE note, Vivian at Store 0915 is the greatest. She is always upbeat, positive and willing help. I absolutely enjoy talking to her when I come in to pay. On another note…. I don’t understand why there have been so many rate increases over the last year. I understand about inflation and the rising cost of everything, but I do feel it is excessive. Everybody is feeling the pinch so I think that Cubesmart could do well by their customers and not increase the rates for awhile.

Convenience of doing it all online. There are smaller sizes available for just a few containers, the wide doors make it worthwhile. I like the indoor storage availability. Price is reasonable. You do have to get a lock through them at checkout online and insurance but it is worth it and reasonably priced. For what I needed a small one for a few containers it was worth it and almost half the monthly price at a normal small outdoor storage.

I recently went in to get information about renting a storage unit and found that Ms Vivian was well versed on the unit sizes and very professional. She did an exceptional job! She takes pride in her job and even expressed that that not only are the inside units kept up but that the grounds outside are also cleaned and kept up on a regular basis. I did find that the facility looked very clean. I would highly recommend using this facility on Mainland.

Their customer service is impeccable! I had reserved a unit a couple months back and had to keep moving our moving day. Blanca, the manager, always answered the phone and accomidated my new movie in date accordingly with the unit I wanted. They even called to another location to see if we can get the right size, but it didn't work out. Not their fault as I just didn't think we needed a bigger unit until move in day. The unit is advertised as one month free but what is in the fine print is there's a $24 administrative free which basically cancels out the free month. I was also charger $12 per month for insurance which was never mentioned at all until I went to rent the unit. I received an email telling me $24 was due when I went to pay for it. I didn't have the extra $12 and I was so embarrassed and upset. I'll be keeping my stuff here for one month and then move it .

I have really bad experiences with this storage. I rent the storage for over 4 years from the old owner, the last couple years I put my stuff there and I be back last week to get my stuff to move out the state. But when we open the door, the rat was dead inside the storage, all my stuff was destroy and smell terrible. I have to throw all my things. When I talk to the manager he said sorry but nothing they can do, we have to lost everything and paid for the last two years for crazything. They said it's not my fault, not their fault, it's someone's fault .... but finally I lost everything, and paid the last two years for hell.

What started out to be a disastrous day during this Memorial Day weekend turned out to be the best humankind experience I have ever had. I was hauling a 1977 Dodge D100 Adventurer from San Antonio, Texas to Sierra Vista, Arizona -- a truck that has been in this storage facility for over 12 years. Guardian Storage was lucky to have had Paul & Donna as the previous managers. Now that CubeSmart has taken management over this facility, Blanca has brought it up a couple notches. The desire to provide excellent customer service was evident and devoted professionalism separates Blanca as one of the elite in this industry. This is the kind of professionalism that many business establishments lack! I highly recommend this storage facility! TOP NOTCH! OohRaah! - from two grateful USAF retired Arizona flyboys!! Fantastic and clean facility/outstanding customer service From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The Manager greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to the facility. Her customer service skills are top-notch. I spent 13 years in Japan and the Japanese people strive to provide the best customer service, well she matched that and them some! Her knowledge of the facility, the procedures and features were awesome! Above all her professionalism, you can tell she truly enjoys her job and genuinely cares about her customers. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility, FIVE starts for sure!

Mrs. Sosa was so welcoming from start to finish! She made my experience quick and easy and was very informative. She gave me a tour and showed me all the perks cubesmart had to offer. The storage was clean and had a good price as well and I'm satisfied with the security of the building and feel at ease leaving my belongings there!!! Mrs. Hile was equally as great, I ended up getting a second storage and it was just as fast and easy as the first visit.

The Manager Blanca Sosa went above & beyond for us. We wanted to move things in Saturday however a construction was working on the pavement on the property so we had to wait until Sunday to move our belongings. We were running a bit behind for the 3pm Sunday business hours to come in & complete paperwork so she was so kind given the inconvenience & met us after hours to do paperwork& even took the time out to change the size that we picked & get us a much larger unit. I can't even express how grateful we are for her doing that for us especially because she was off the clock. You can't find employees like that all the time....kudos to her

Moved out of the unit a while back. They changed ownership while I was a customer there (with a friend.) Much preferred the mom and pop shop it once was, they raised the prices when they changed. It is a good and convenient place to use though.

After searching for a storage unit, I came across the Guardian Self Storage-Bandera Rd..I contacted them;where I spoke with Donna she provided me with the information that I needed...After being in my unit for sometime now; I experience some hardships& family deaths...Long story short,I contacted Donna(Paul) because I didn't want to lose my unit..They were very understanding as well as professional. They explain what I needed to do to secure my unit..I was very Happy..with their service and concerns..that when my daughter needed a unit I didn't hesitate to send her to see Donna & Paul@ Guardian...The site is ALWAYS clean& well kept..What wonderful people Donna & Paul are;they are truly AWESOME!.... After many phone calls looking for storage units, I was pleasantly surprised when calling Guardian Self Storage - Bandera Rd.. Donna was quick to provide information on storage unit sizes, availability and prices. Since I wasn't ready to rent at that time, as promised, Donna made the agreed upon follow-up call to me. I was already impressed, but when my wife and I physically went in to tour the facility, we were blown away with the cleanliness of the facility and the awesome customer service provided by both Donna and Paul. I would definitely check this place out you; won't be disappointed!

I have used Guardian Storage in the past and was very happy, so when I found myself needing a unit again, there was no question that I would go back. Everyone there is very friendly, the units are immaculate, and I feel confident storing my belongings for as long as I need to.
