Even though the A/C unit is temporarily out in the section it is not hot in there. Ever clean and organized there. Could not get the door code on the last door to work but thank goodness there is another door to access the area.

Secured a unit online! CubeSmart made this process easy. If you are looking for a storage and are hesitant of the online process, there is no need to be. After securing the Unit late one night, I received a call from the Mont Belvieu staff the very next day to confirm & provide details about where the unit is located inside the building. A couple of days later, I went to see the unit and the expectation far exceeded what I imagined. Clean property throughout. Bag with info about there app and the brand new lock, sealed in plastic like it was bought from the store, was inside. Great experience!

I’m sure glad they showed me the storage shed “excuse me the cube” I’ve never seen one in my life and I wasn’t sure what to look for. I was completely in a hurry to get my stuff unloaded, and get on with my life. But the rep said it was their protocol to view before completing the paperwork. If you’ve seen one storage shed you’ve seen them all. The girls in the office were customer oriented and polite, I also wasn’t happy about being pushed to complete the review. I was asked 3 times while in the office to complete one immediately. But because of cube space policy of making it an inconvenient for me and taking extra time out of my day to view something I knew exactly what I was renting I’m giving them a 1 star. Update as of 2/15/2024 stopped by the storage this afternoon was making sure some electronics worked before putting them away. I plugged them in at the socket around the corner. The employee came around with the golf cart and told me that I need to unplug those items. I told her I will in a few minutes after I was done doing what I was doing. I went into the office and asked her if you don’t want your customer using the electrical maybe they should put up signs or lock the socket. I left the employee $1.58 to cover the electrical that I used. Later on into the day I got an email with there rules and regulations and they out lined that no one can used electric outlets or we could not have pets on their property. I called the customer service number to file a complaint because I felt like they were using retaliation because of the recent 1star review. Customer Service had Brian the district manager contact me. Brian told me that they were going to cancel my contract and I needed to remove my stuff by the 6th, because of the violations. I continued to tell Brian that my pet is service animal and service animal in training. Brian still canceled my contact and I still need to remove my stuff. Don’t leave 1star reviews or they will kick you out.

The website said that it is a "controlled climate" unit, but it definitely is not. Also there are two metal plates bolted to the middle of the floor and sticking up, one of which caused an injury.

The facility was clean and seemed to be secure. My monthly payment went from $288 to $356 per month. Over 20% increase. They don’t have contracts so they can raise prices at will. You can also move out with no notice.

I set everything up online, but still received a phone call as soon as the facility opened to make sure everything was in order. I appreciate them taking the time to check up on me. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is infested with rats. Over half of my personal belongings were ruined due to rat urine and feces. My fiancé and I tried to salvage what we could and became ill due to being in the unit with the urine and feces. The general manager, Ann Volkots, refused to do anything to help and had terrible customer service. My insurance claim was denied due to fine print in the contract. I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone because they will not take responsibility for anything that happens to your items, nor will you receive even so much as an apology.

The facility is nice, but the management is awful! My son and I were trying to get everything moved in one evening and were 15 past the closure time. We were busy moving things into the unit and didn't realize it had gotten so late. When we pulled up to the gate and realized the time, we had to call the 800 number listed to get out. We were given 3 different "emergency" codes and none of them worked. Management (Pam) was called and had to come out to see why the gate wouldn't open. Before she would let us out, she stood at the gate and gave me a 10 minute lecture on how she does NOT answer calls past 10pm and I am lucky she answered. And, if this ever happened again, I would have to spend the night trapped in the facility. She then tried several codes and the gate still would not open. She then proceeded into the office and had to do something to open the gates. Never in my life have I been spoken to like I was spoken to by this manager. This was completely unacceptable! First of all, she obviously knows nothing about customer service. Second of all, if she doesn't want to answer phone calls after hours, she probably shouldn't be in a leadership position. We have 3 units there and I am currently looking to move all of our things to a different facility because of her behavior. If I am willing to go through moving all of this stuff, you know it had to have been awful!!!!

Unit rental rates are expensive. The are kept clean and they stay dry. Climate control is good but larger units do not have interior lighting in them.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The storage units are nice and clean and the whole facility is open and wide enough to get an 18 wheeler in if you had a long move. And they have secured gate and doors that require codes to access.

I was certainly WOWED with my cubesmart experience!!!! My most WOWED... day i guess would have to be the day I opened my stg unit up and realized I had items missing. My family lost about 12-15 thousand $$$$ worth of property. Te sentimental value of some items..priceless!! Oh, and to WOW me even more... Cubesmart doesnt really appear to give a rats _ -- --!! Manager doesnt know anything.. The District Manager...hasnt returned my call...Customer Service more or less blew me off.... So.. if you want to get WOWED. THE CUBESMART WAY...inquire about there stg facility... i have no doubt....there is one near you!!!!

I shopped around for storage at other places and CubeSmart was the best . Dolores went out of her way with kindness and making sure we had everything we needed . We rented 4 units, for about 3 months at AAA Storage Eagles Nest. The service that we received was excellent. Lisa is very professional and friendly towards her clients. She was always available when we needed assistance. She ensures that the premises is always neat and clean. I shopped around for prices, and AAA Storage was the best for the money. We were able to take advantage of rental specials that Lisa offered. Our home goods and furnishings stayed " high and dry" during the severe floods of recent months. For a safe, fair, and well-managed storage facility, I suggest AAA Storage Eagle's Nest.
