I had the best experience renting a storage unit from this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. The staff walked through facility with me, showed me how to use the lock, and also explained in detail how to access the property and manage my unit. I got a storage with them at the end of April 2024. When I was moving out of the storage on August 20, 2024, the movers noticed that a lot of my items has mold on it. I contacted the storage unit. They had no idea how my unit could contain mold. I am very dissatisfied and how they are handling. This situation is currently ongoing.

This was my first time stopping by this new location that was built in our neighborhood. It is a really nice facility with all of the needed options that I was looking for to reorganize our garage. Run! Mold has destroyed all of my contents and the insurance that they require does not do anything to pay for your damaged property. The doors to the units are broken and anyone can get in. Your items are not safe here. Don’t waste your time and money here. Beware.

This is the place to store your things if you are in the Sienna, Texas area. They have the best, most friendly staff and set up is extremely easy. The facility is maintained in fantastic condition: clean, well lit, and moving dollies on each floor to assist you in getting your stuff stored. When our storage facility lost power from Hurricane Beryl, we couldn't move our furniture and personal items into our unit. Robert, the manager, came up with the perfect solution and worked with us to make sure we could move without delay. I would not trust the contract agreements with this company. I signed to have a storage unit for $119 a month. Recently, they decided to do a rate change which increased my bill to $141 a month. What is the point of a contract when they can just change your rates?

The place is ok but my monthly rent was increased by over $70.00 after only 4 months and I think that is a bit too much. Just like another renter, I got my own insurance and I was not reimbursed for what they had charge me for their insurance. Definitely not happy with such a high increase and is it going to go up again in another 4 months. Tried to call the office several times today to talk to someone about this but every time I call, I get the same message that no one is available. Not a happy renter. When I rented the storage unit, the manager said the rent might go up about 30% after 6 months but not 70% after 4 months because if that was the case, I would have never rented from there. They are definitely overcharging for what you get. Update: I tried to respond to their request to get the info about my unit but no response. I had to email them again and they finally did respond and said someone would be calling me. I got the call and all she kept saying was sorry but they wouldn’t do anything about the high increase. I even asked about the 30 day notice to increase the rent and she said a notice was mailed out on the 1st (which was not true) because I never received any notice, go figure. I will never rent from them again because they tell you stuff just to get you to rent their units. Not a company I trust anymore.

Grant and Parker made it easy to get into my space. They took care of those little off-the-wall things that happen when trying something new. These two guys give a damn and are customer focused. The space was spotlessly clean when I first opened the door. Access is easy once you get the lay of the building. Make sure you ask for Grant. He made everything so easy and is very knowledgeable. He walked the site with me twice and made sure I had all the space I needed. He really takes his time with you and makes sure you don't feel rushed. The facility is very clean and once you understand the protocols you feel like your items are very safe.

The process to reserve a unit was easy. I did it online. The managers called me to finish the process. They stated I could either come in or sign the lease online. I opted to sign the lease online since I was short on time. I went in the day before my move to see where my unit was so that I could save time when the movers came. LaShanda was the manager and she walked me to my unit, gave me my passcode, and relayed pertinent information. She was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean.
