After reserving my unit I received 2 follow up phone calls from Steve, super helpful and ensured us with confidence of the online process of getting us set up. Each call I received I did have questions and he was able to get them answered right away. Upon arrival we were greeted and even offered a cart to help unload my entire 4 bedroom house. It was such a great location, hall ways were clean and the unit was in tip top condition.

We started using Cube Smart in Leander about 2.5 years ago as we did. Ot have adequate storage at our house. This facility has always been very clean and the people who work in the office always have a smile on their face and are there to answer any questions you may have. I’ve always felt like our stuff was safe here too. Multiple laters of security give us that extra comfort that our items will be safe in our unit. I highly recommend Cube Smart of Leander/Liberty Hill and will use them again in the future, should the need arise.

We have been clients of the CubeSmart in liberty Hill for almost 2 years and have recently added another small storage unit for a few months while we trim down the volume of things we are storing. we have found that their monthly rates are very reasonable and some discounts are available, and the staff has been immensely, helpful and accommodating at meeting our storage needs, the facilities are clean, clear, and well-maintained. Their on-site manager and other security features give us great comfort and knowing that our “stored treasures“ will be safe and protected. In addition, the paved drives around and in between buildings is wide enough to accommodate truck and without worrying about damage to either our property or theirs.

“Keep calm and carry on”. That is Steve C.’s., manager of Cubesmart’s Liberty Hill location, philosophy. He actually practices it. Moving day was hectic for me, and with the looming possibility of not having enough space in my 12 x 25 space, he jumped in and produced a smaller additional unit of climate controlled space in the same building, reducing my moving costs. He was simply great. For instance, he checked on my progress throughout the day and offered to chauffeur me back to my unit after I walked to the office. It. Was. The. One. Highlight. Of. My. Nightmare. Moving. Day. Cubesmart, Steve C. Is a keeper. He runs that place with a smile.

My only issue I have is that there's several hidden fees that were not mentioned when I first signed up. I'm expecting to pay certain amount, then all the hidden fees are added on. Rent rates keep increasing. You had to grave the exact amount when paying in cash, store owner refused to make change. When we moved out he called and said that we had to come and clean the unit because there was a stain on the floor. We never had anything in there to leave a stain. Even though they had rodent traps outside of the unit we still had rodents that got into our unit. And the unit flooded at some point because a lot of our stuff was damaged.

I got this storage building for all of my stuff and it was there for almost 1 1/2 years. I didn't get a climate controlled storage building and all of the boxes were falling apart because of the elements getting to them. Everything was covered in dust, cobwebs and spider eggs. Everything had to be cleaned before bringing it into my new apartment. The only thing that I would do differently next time is getting a climate controlled storage building. The staff were very friendly and professional everytime I dealt with them.

If you want to be locked out of your storage several times a month this is your place! Unlike every other storage facilities this one locks you out when their is a system update instead of the gate staying open. So if you own a business and need your tools and trailer.......good luck. How embarrassing is it to tell your customer you can't be on time or have to reschedule cause your storage company is trash. Not to mention Zero security. When I say Zero that means not a single camera on the property. Time to switch companies.

The system will not allow me to give zero stars. I rent storage every summer, I am a teacher. I was told on May 25th 2022, if I moved out by August 1, 2022, I would not be charged for the month of August. They would be able to rent the unit. They LIED!! They are a dishonest business that is overpriced. DO NOT RENT!

I called and ordered a large enough storage space for a “2 bedroom house” and it was about the size of a closet. I waited hours for someone to even come unlock it. I called and called just to receive no answer. I had the moving company ready to unload with nowhere to put any furniture. Just trying to get ahold of a CubeSmart employee has been the hardest part of this move out process. We are paying the movers by the hour and we sat there just trying to get ahold of someone at CubeSmart. There needs to be better customer service.

Poorly managed. 50-70% cost increases every 6 months. Septic system from on-site property is leaking sewage for the past year. Property manager advised the fire hydrants and other fire mitigation equipment is inoperable. This is not the place you want to be.

Terrible, and it’s unfortunate. GREAT start to our relationship, but with ONE MONTH notice, literally upped the price 25% monthly on us after we moved into the unit. Not joking. A LITERAL 25% ?? Bait and switch. Make sure you get your price locked in on contract or expect the same. Stinks. We are currently looking for a replacement. The hassle of moving our stuff again is worth it, if only to give our business to someone who isn’t out to trick its customers.

I highly recommend This Place. The customer service I received in this Small town Was AMAZING!! Thanks to the Great and Caring Ladies at the front for being soo Generous and for explaining everything in the most polite manner. Overall they are Wonderful and friendly they know what they are doing !!! If anyone ever needs to get a storage this is the place to gooo ! wish I could give more stars

Shelley was great. She meet me at the door to welcome me. She asked me what my storage needs were and helped me determine the right size unit that I needed. She told me about three of them when we were in the lobby, and then showed me two of them to help in my decision. I have used CubeSmart before and was happy to find one in my new location of Liberty, Hill, TX. All storage units are the same, It is the people that make one place better than another.

I wish I could give more stars. The Manager Shelley is by far one of the best customer service superstars I have ever met. She was personable, professional, informative, and helpful. She draws you in with her wonderful personality. She is a true gem and this company is lucky to have her. Thank You Shelley for all your help my husband and I are very happy.
