The BEST! We were in a jam ,had no time,little money,just got burned by first place we reserved at and payed earlier in morning and we were out of time.Not only was it fast,convenient and best price,policy and deal around but the women who checked us in was super cool and friendly she had us in and out in minutes and we left not worrying about a thing!And NO last minute sneaky add on fees like everywhere else!

Rate increases no warning. They say they sent the increase information out via mail but never received one for any of the 4 increases I received in a little over a years time. Text and email for my bill though why not text or email about increases. Just because you can verify my mailing address does not mean you mailed anything. I can see maybe I missed the notice but 4 times, no. Started at $108 a month for 10x10 unit Your reserved space 5420 CUBESMART PA PRIMOS MILDRED AVE AMOUNT Move-in Date: 4/23/2023 10x10x8 Storage* Monthly rent† $108.80 11/18/2024 $190.29 now $190 a month. No thank you. I just got (2) 5x5 units next to each other for $287 for the entire year at Extra Space! Thank you.

This location is fantastic, clean, accessible and incredibly user friendly. I loved my experience storing stuff here. The owner works to ensure each customer feels heard and knows their belongings are both safe and secure. I actually ended up relocating my business' storage to this facility given how cost effective and friendly it was.

The fees are not great. The rent continually going up is worse. I would avoid this place if you’re able to. The store manager is nice and my review has nothing to do with her - this is clearly a corporate policy issue, and they love to offload the consequences of bad policies onto employees.

My friends and I had a good experience at this CubeSmart over the weekend. Kayla was working that day, and she was wonderful! We had a number of questions about moving to a new unit, and she had to keep coming back to learn where we stood, answer our questions, double check pricing, etc. She did everything with a fantastic "can do!" spirit, helping us feel like we were the most important people in her day, though she had a lot of other demands on her time. She also volunteered to run various scenarios (unit location and size) and show us several units. She really made us feel cared for, and she was professional throughout. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because the prices are high and keep increasing, so I am not sure whether I would recommend this company, but as for customer service, Kayla was terrific and I hope they are treating her well!

I’m giving this location a 4 for their ridiculous increase in prices over the years!! You should have a loyalty program for tenants who have been with you since day 1!! It doesn’t make since to keep raising prices and charging the rates that you do!! If it wasn’t for the current site manager (Kim) and her help as we move forward, I may have left!! You would think since you’re opening a 2nd location minutes away you would have better prices!! I bet some group of managers sitting nice and cozy in their offices, said you know what let’s raise prices again… my bonus wasn’t enough last year!!

I got a promotional rate for a unit for my business. A leak from their pipe caused half of my inventory to be destroyed. They moved me to a different storage unit but would not honor the promotional rate and are charging me $80 more a month. Tried getting it rectified with the district manager numerous times with empty promises that this bill is still outstanding. Just pray nothing goes wrong if rent space here

We got a great rate with CubeSmart, so we went with them. They were so much more reasonable than comparable storage spaces for a climate controlled unit on the first floor. We had one small issue with the office being closed on Memorial Day weekend after we had already confirmed a reservation and rate online, so we had to go back the following day. But once we went back we were given the rate we were promised, we were given a great tour by Jerome, who was super thorough in going over all the details in using the facility. Facility itself is super clean and well maintained and the unit is easy to access and seems very secure.

The facilities climate control is not as advertised. It's excessively cold and excessively hot with the seasons. I had an interior unit against an exterior wall that got extremely cold and they wanted to charge me more money to move more towards the middle of the building. The reason I want to move was because of their lack of climate control not because I want it to. I'm a business owner myself and that's not how you take care of customers. I took my business elsewhere.

I rented two separate storage units and dealt with a different associate for each one. The process was easy and everything went so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism shown on each occasion . Also, the entire building is so clean and well kept. I could have gone with Public Storage which is near my home, instead I decided on Cube Smart which is about 8 miles away, all because of my initial phone contact with them.

I have sent a lot of people here to but they will be leaving. 121 people reviewed my original post and the funny thing is they never replied to me ha not that I care but people must rented because of me also. Well, now here's an update they fired the BEST people that used to run this place. And now I would never recommend this place to anyone. The new people they got in the office or the owners are robbing people how is it that you go to pay your payment and you pay half on a credit card and you have a late fee because you can never get a hold of anyone in the office to pay and it won't let you pay over the phone it tells you to use a credit card put the numbers in and it tells its not valid you pay the late fee in cash, and she TAXED ME TWICE. And it's too much garbage to sign up online because if you forget you're password you have to jump through hoops to reset it. And dont call the office to leave a message they will never return you're call. But yeah, I'm taking all my stuff out and putting this place all over the internet. They will rob you, and they hire people who obviously can't do the job. The funny thing is the new office lady in their was talking trash on the other employees that did the job the right way. I never had a problem before and now it's always a problem don't go out of the state and try and call they have my name my credit card on file and would not let me pay over the phone, Makes no sense. I'll never go with this place again. And you can never talk to whoever owns it or runs it. Their main deal is to jam you up to keep your stuff. They don't let you pay you're payment on time so they can get the late fee and man it's outrageous fee. And don't call and leave a message they never get back to you.

Increased rates 18% in 6 months Like most other people I signed onto CubeSmart using a promotion. Nowhere it mentioned how long the promotion would last. Much to my surprise after 6 months I received a note saying my rental rate was going up 18%. Talked to the office and was told nothing they could do because rates were set by corporate. The office told be my next increase will not be for a year, I hope it does not go up another 18%. The facility is ok, everything on the first floor. Carts can be hard to come by sometimes.

Not sure if my initial post made it out. Unfortunately I had to respond to a call and when I returned to what I had written it disappear before I it post. My experience was one of relief and positive. Ms Joanne Hoff was / is the quentisentual professional. Helpful in walking me and my helpers through setting up my account and locating a space with only one turn from the loading ramp. My son and my friend encouraged me to let ' you ' cubesmart to know. We from time to time have the pleasure of encountering young professionals that we can walk away from upon the conclusion of business with a good and uplifting feeling and a strong sense of satisfaction. Ms JoAnne Hoff is to be commended. We thank her & thanked her. Cubesmart as a result is a winner and there is no doubt I will recommend cubesmart. The facility is well kept, with a compliment of carts, easy access, well lit, and a restroom that was clean. Shopped around for a storage facility and I chose CubeSmart because it had all the amenities I desired. Has indoor climate control. Many different sized rooms and convenient loading and unloading access. The price is high as all the places are comparatively. I liked the friendly and informative staff and that turned out to be the difference maker.

At first my experience was going well, the facility was very clean. This was my first time at this location and the young lady name Nakeya was very unprofessional. It seemed as she was not very knowledgeable about the lockers in general. I would store here but I would prefer better costumer service.

Very friendly workers. I was greeted as soon as I entered the office. Malcolm was helping another customer and spoke to me when I entered. The manager (can't remember her name) was doing inventory, stopped and welcomed me. She removed the packaging from my new lock, walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the lock at the unit, showed me how to enter from the street and how to use the keypad to enter the facility. She explained the gate access. I felt really welcomed. The facility also has carts for you to use to get your items from your vehicle to your unit.

I booked the space out of state, and while I had never booked a storage unit before, they were helpful with selecting which size unit to use instead of trying to sell me something too large. The space itself is very clean and safe. The only problem was that I was looking for a space close to the door since it would be just me moving everything in. They said they had a place, but it wasn’t. Have to make 5 turns and go down a long hallway to access it which is definitely not close. Moving in was very difficult, especially in the summer heat. I ended up damaging some of my furniture around the bends as things didn’t stay put on the carts. So that sucks. Big time. But in the day and age we’re in, everyone lies, especially to make a sale, so I guess you can’t really rate on that. Just expect it? Everything else was fine.

This place is amazing, so clean. Customer service was 100%, the front desk gave me a tour of everything and broke down how to access my storage area. I would highly recommend this storage space to any person for all uses. Love the space!

Cubesmart has a seamless franchise format that is well implemented at this location. I'm a student and I highly recommend the ease and simplicity people will find here. The floorplan of the complex is intuitive and has nice features such as available dollies at each loading port and accessible entrances for cars. The manager did not try to upsale me or pressure me into agreeing for more than a month. Definitely check them out :)

I would rate this facility 10 stars if I could. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They have many different size units for your needs. This building is very clean. Remember we the customers must help to keep it clean. Security cameras and well lit throughout the building. There's nothing bad to say about this place at all. There are a lot of storage unit facilities to choose from but none can compare to this place. Prices are reasonable compared to other places. Climate controlled units inside. This building is huge and outside storage is available with no climate control. Grounds are kept clean and there is a bathroom after hours. All I can say is stop pass and experience it for yourself. #nuffsaid

So perfect my experience was I'm seriously hesitant to tell all because I like the privacy this new location allows...Thing is I like helping people find good deals because I rely on these same reviews...So here goes...Its a new, clean, well managed facility with courteous and professional people...It is in my opinion in a perfect location with the full list of the amenities you find in a modern storage facility (ex.climate controlled, pinpad access, carts, access ramps, cctv cameras,etc). I was just happy with what they offered and I have seen my share of storage facilities. The customer service was excellent I had a young lady named Krisrtina and I was really in a hurry and she was very accomadating. I know the other storage units offered in Delco and this is the best!!!

I have rented several times before and this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. It is easy to load and unload, they provide flat-bed type hand trucks, and a ramp to back up to for loading and unloading. The temperature control and lighting made storage and movement of property easy and comfortable. i HIGHLY recommed CubeSmart and they are the only place I will use in the future
