Absolutely by far the best customer service I have received by far. Due to extenuating circumstances I had to find a storage facility for my belongings asap & this was by far the cheapest option as well as kindest facility. The facility is open 7 days of the week including holidays and is so clean I swear you could just sit on the floor and hangout. Mike & James helped my family & I move everything upstairs & made the paperwork quick as well as easy. I dont think I’ll ever use a storage locker that’s not at this location. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Mike is an excellent manager!! He helped us very generously with his time walking through the facility, showing us different units of many sizes, and answered a lot of our questions. The facility itself feels extremely secure, new, climate controlled, very well maintained, and on top of all that, Mike was able to get us a lower rate that we had reserved 2 weeks prior. We're moving from the West Coast to the East and having someone like him patiently walk us through the process. Easiest process ever to get a storage unit. I paid under $100 (even under $70) for the same size unit other places were charging OVER $100 for ?? I'm glad I shopped around & found them , I’d rather give them my money ?? very clean facility , climate controlled & the location is great ???? I ended up getting into my unit after hours but beforehand the employee (or manager, not sure who I spoke with) gave me very clear instructions how to get to my unit & what to do so I had no confusion or problems at all so thank you CubeSmart for an effortless process.

This store does not have drive-up access—the one that you can drive up to and unload your belongings directly inside the back entrance. The Cube Smart in Holbrook has that. I also like storage units with garage-like access—the one you can drive your vehicle into. The Cube Smart on Stewart Ave in Bethpage has that. I do not recommend this location despite the fact that it is well managed and pitifully clean.

My rental process here at Cubesmart Plainview was the best experience I’ve ever had while renting a storage unit. Carl (the Cubesmart rep) was very accommodating and patient as I had asked to see several unit sizes. The place is well lit and immaculately clean. Equipment and facilities look brand new. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! I’ve had the best experience ever since I choose cube smart. The facility is spotless clean and have had no issues. I was helped by the general manager (Jazmin H) and had nothing but the best customer service. I recommend this facility to anyone!

Facility is clean, Alex the manager was easy to work with, price is fair, move-in was very easy. The place is a bit secluded (which is good) yet it is easily accessible. Right off the LIE.
