If I could give them zero starts I would. I had to come back today to get my refund and this incompetent and rude employee they have there Adrian refused to show me the 2 units he showed me last sunday. Why? Because he knows he messed up big time and lied. To top it all off he is rude, lies and kicked me out and told me to come back with the cops. That seems like a threat to me and I will be calling corporate as many times as I have to because this is costing time and money and he is sitting there lying to customers that come in complaining. I will also be sending pictures and video that I recorded.

The employees and manager at this cubesmart are liars and not helpful at all. I came last week to reserve a unit for a certain price they gave me and due to this lower price the company gave me I would not get the free month which was fine with me. I paid and went on about my week. I come back today and Adrian who helped me last Sunday is not here and he gave me a unit half the size of the one I originally paid for. I told the girl there that was not the unit I was shown. However Adrian just wiped his hands of the issue and did not care to deal with the mess he created. The manager Joey instead of accommodating his employees mess up said to just ask for a refund with my card but would not give me any proof that they would refund me. I had to call the cops and make a report. And while I was there customers were coming in to complain about being lied to as well. So if you go to this cubesmart please be aware because they do not care about their customers

Jasmine superhelpful when our car needed jumpstart in june and adrian super flexible getting us in at 7:45p due to a delay from nj when bus damaged our side mirror. This is one of the nicest cubesmart and storages and i have used many in 15 years frim public storage to ez to lackland. And omega .It is nice and cool air condition and two bathrooms. Near stop ans ahip and gas station and repair places

1st employees were misinforming my mom, one giving her a price and info on the unit that was exactly as listed and the other, employee was just giving us some numbers that he was doing incorrectly in his head. 2nd they were very polite and well mannered, no pressure which I love because it didn’t seem as if they were trying to get us to close forcefully. 3rd and the main reason I’m giving them 3 stars was because the employee that was actually helping me at the location, was on a personal phone call while helping me out… very unprofessional, found it disrespectful, because as a former supervisor in the hospitality industry, 100% attention, time and energy is dedicated to your clients, what’s 10 min out of your day to professionally dedicate towards the person standing in front of you! That is slowing the business to thrive and for you to put food on your table!

I was very hesitant to use a storage facility as I am very worried about cleanliness and not taking home bed bugs. Kyle and Joey were very helpful and assured me that the facility was clean and that as a precaution they do use an exterminator and do frequent walk throughs to make sure that there are no leaks or any issues. They helped me sign up for my unit and I was good to move in. They provide carts for extra ease. This was a very easy experience and I was not disappointed. The cleanliness, security and professionalism by the employees in this facility is top notch. I highly reccomend CubeSmart. A special thanks to Kyle and Joey for making this so easy.
