I’m so disappointed and disgusted at the lackluster experience here. Mice have absolutely decimated the contents of my unit and I was yet again made to pay to move units! I had to throw out so many things because they had either been nibbled on by mice or stank of mice urine!!! What the hell kind of storage operation is this? You guys are aware of such a major problem and yet do NOTHING about it???? I’ve made several reports to the front office, with no response. Apparently because I’m using private insurance and not their CubeSmart insurance no one seems to care. However my question is, why am I being made to pay for a new unit as if it’s my fault this facility has a mice problem? Reading through the reviews I realize it’s a big issue. The entire facility is crawling with MICE!!!! And they don’t even pretend, they’ll tell you “another client had the same problem”, “oh yeah we have mice here. Can’t you smell it?” Don’t go to this place PLEASE. For the love of God. Find somewhere else The custodian here also does a whack job. He must be fired. I went to my unit 6 days apart and found pee in a Gatorade bottle lying across from my unit door. I came back 6 DAYS LATER to find the bottle of PISS still lying there!!! Also they don’t allow you to throw your trash here. Oh no. Not even the trash that has come about as a result of the MICE pissing all over your precious items! What do they care? They’ll tell you take your trash with you. Like hell I will. I just have so many issues with this place. To the point that I’m actively looking for an alternative. The moment I get a new one I’m out. From having my unit broken into, and now this?? EDIT: finally left this place for another storage

First thing first I moved on 5/2/23 to do paperwork fast forward today I went to put a lock on my unit that I PAID FOR. Unprofessionalism at its finest when I find the unit I paid for had personal items in it . I was told prior to the move in items will be removed as of that day , Israel and Josmery were extremely helpful for transfer and professional. I don’t waste my time nor money and I don’t think anybody else should especially at this location when dealing with Bryant.

It's an easy process to rent the space and there is not hassles when you're actually renting space unless your credit card you have on file changes. In that case, you just receive a call reminder to update your credit card information which I think it's awesome because it avoids falling behind in payments.

Greetings! Firstly, I am thankful to have used the storage faculty for various years when needed, especially under the title of TI. The decision to give a 2 rating is not a reflection on all staff members and let it be noted as such! However, on Saturday, 3/4/23, we visited the rental unit in the afternoon, and unaware of the time spent, and were informed by a young gentleman who was very polite and notifying us about closing time. We agreed to readily put unneeded items back the unit. While still putting items back into the unit; we were confronted by a very disrespectful Hispanic female who was accomplished by a male companion (a gentle person). The female was loud, bold and frantically saying, " You gotta go, I have to pick my son up, and we closing soon!" It was explained to her that we had been informed and were putting things away; it was obvious! . As, they walked she stated, " You better hurry up, I have to pick up my son! I informed her that " I am a paying customer and apologized for the oversight of time and should not be spoken to that way”! Note: Excellent customer service practice is the "key" to ensuring that both customers and businesses are achieved!

I got my unit in January 2023 . First impression ok then when I started bringing my stuff, no carts available, my unit was still lock, they don't respond to the intercom. Waiting to provide me with a cart, no communication until I had to call the office customer service then transfer call, I have been here twice and the elevator still not working, how am I suppose to bring my stuff and it still not working properly. And then they tell me to go thru building C and walk all the way down to the others side of the building. This is ridiculous. I won't recommend this place to no one......Period

Went there yesterday March 5th to get some sneakers and when I move the bags there were mices. Pest control I don't think so. I think my blankets are ruined I'm not sure. Let you know in the future. You have to be careful now with your receipts when it was travel Island it was okay but when it changed to CubeSmart they have gotten very green they went up from 66 dollars for a 5x5 storage that I had since November and it was treasure Island now is CubeSmart sends me a letter saying welcome trust customer your rate will be going up to 77 that was okay but when I got the bill who was $82 and some change I reported it and spoke to them they can't even give me a receipt I lost blankets due to rats comforters they don't care all they say is we can't do that and what I mean by that is can you print me a letter saying why you charging me this. There answer was oh we don't do that like can't even know you an invoice you have to go pick it up. This is the lousiest place that I spend my money on saving my property items. PS don't go there get another storage place then CubeSmart. 100% I'm telling you the truth.

Everytime I come into Treasure Island I am always welcome with great customer service from the entire staff. Also they know all of their customers by first name basics. I love coming here I highly recommend this storage to anyone that’s in the Paterson area.

$250.00 a month for a 10X8 storage room. The facility's AC flooded the rented storage space and ruined lots of furniture. Compensation was less than half of its worth. If you have extended home or renters insurance, double check before storing here. Bonus: they provide you with complementary use of their flatbed at no additional cost. Easy access to the loading docks. U-haul is too conveniently located across the street here. God first, all will be well!

I am recently new to Paterson and a friend recommended Treasure Island Storage. The staff was amazing.. They were extremely friendly and courteous and tremendously helpful all with an amazing friendly and professional personality. The units are very clean and easily accessible. Treasure Island has great and affordable prices as well. I highly recommend this storage company and their staff.

This is by far the cleanest storage facility I've been to. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. I got the size of unit that I needed... nothing more.. nothing less. What's even better... my stuff is secure and safe. Manager lives on site and watches over facility. Best place to store what matters to you.

These guys are awesome. They're helpful, communicative, and professional. I had them move things from three different locations over a period of three months and it's never a problem. The guys are super nice, super helpful and just all around amazing. Wonderful staff always available, kind, and welcoming. Facility is excellent. Had my bedroom furniture stored in a unit for over 2 months. Air conditioned facility, clean, easy access when in a rush, move-in equipment available and carts to use as needed to pull items in and out. Will definitely use them again when needed.

All of the staff are the best. They make you feel so welcome. The prices are great for the area. It does not pay to go to any other storages anywhere. They even have a truck. Free locks. This is the best storage company in NJ. Trust me... oh yes, And it's clean and lots of lights. I feel like they rolled out the red carpet.

Me and my fiance ??stop in the office to check on prices for a storage space we needed for his tools and equipment?????. We took a tour of the building it's a very nice place the halls where clean and spacious. The prices are reasonable and they do offer discounts the young blonde was helpful but a bit snobby and on her cell phone most of the time ?????? I found that a bit rude! We did rent the space and moved in they are open late on weekdays as well for weekends which is a plus and they also have rentals trucks.??

Iv been coming to treasure island storage on and off for almost 5 years the building is clean I have never had any major issues besides with the elevator being down and out for the hurricane the staff and manager are very friendly and helpful I will not go any where else for my storage needs so long as I live near the area

The best place you can get to store some of your valuable items. Moving is so difficult but you always have to leave something behind and this company provided one of the warmest experiences that you could ever get. I Daina Saunders moved from Jersey City to Paterson about a few months ago. I had a lot of belongings and TI storage has helped me tremendously. Well maintained place with proper wheel-in cart/elevator service. Ask in the office for help moving in/out your furniture - you can hire a person to do big jobs. Easily accessible through major roads. The only thing keeping me from giving 5Star, is that it's not 24 hours. But then you are paying definitely less than others, and you always avail Sat/Sun accessible hours.
