Booked a storage unit sameday online. When I arrived I had a few hiccups but Juliet was right there to assist and did so with ease all while she was under the weather. I have no problem with Shawn or Juliette. They are the best. Love them both. The reason for the one star is the owner. I drive an rv because I'm homeless. This is my vehicle. I pay for storage at cubesmart my money is good for that but the owner complaint about me parking rv in parking area in order for me to get to my storage. As soon as I can I will be taking my things out from this storage and going to a storage facility to store my things. Hopefully they have a heart. Today you may have wealth and property but God can take that away from you in a blink of an eye. May God have mercy on your heartless soul. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I went in to the Hawthorne location looking like a maniac because everything is keyless and I wasn’t advised of the proper way to enter and how the keypad didn’t work, Sean Woods came to my rescue as I was frustrated and literally exhausted after working a 12 hour shift in the ER. He allayed my fears and answered every and all questions as well as walk me through the steps and helped me make a frantic moment into a great one.

I usually don’t write reviews however this storage facility is great. Everything is very clean and new. I was delightfully greeted by Juliet when I first came and she was truly wonderful. 2) July 3, 2024 - Since my last review (below), I've had the need for assistance of the CubeSmart staff again. I had a delivery to my storage unit that would not fit into my unit. I found myself in need of another unit quickly as the driver did not want to wait around too long. I reached out to Sean Woods, the general manager. I expected him to tell me to go online and apply for another unit. Instead, he managed it from his end and then walked back to the new unit and opened the unit for the truck driver so that the driver could get on his way. In my opinion, Sean went above and beyond to help me. I feel like he sensed the tenseness of my situation and worked to create a situation for me that was not as frustrating as I expected. I like these CubeSmart guys! 1) In an era where most don’t seem to take their customer service jobs seriously, Juliet is a diamond in the rough. I had no major issue. Nor did I need any special treatment. However, at the time I interacted with Juliet, she made me feel special. She was knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful in getting me on my way in a timely fashion. National has a star in Juliet. I anticipate she’ll move up the corporate ladder quickly. I look forward to seeing her achieve her professional goals.

As soon as I got here, I was warmly greeted by Juliet, who had a bright beautiful smile the entire time she helped me. She kindly walked me through the different options and another employee, Sean, also was very helpful in reviewing my needs and providing his best recommendation. They both explained everything so thoroughly and friendly, while also showing great kindness to my talkative 8 year old who was also with us lol. The space here looks great, is obviously well kept and has awesome deals in place. So glad I came here!

I went to my storage unit for the first time yesterday and I was unable to access my gate code. I had to call customer service and they were able to assist me and have the manager Sean come in. When Sean came in, he was super friendly and super understanding. I was able to help me successfully locate my unit and he showed me how to access it as well.

Honestly, it was a pleasure meeting Juliet today! As I was trying to access the front entrance, I got an error code, I showed her and she immediately started to help me. This CubeSmart is awesome! All entries, including your unit door, are controlled by a phone application so you don’t have to worry about bringing keys when picking up stuff at your unit (super helpful if you share a unit with a partner, family, etc). It’s also super clean and the elevators are spacious. Plus, Sean is so helpful and incredibly friendly! I’m so happy to be storing my stuff here!

Garbage. They use an app to open doors and lockers, which crashes, leaving you no access to your property. Staff does not instruct people on using the app, heads up you need Wi-Fi passwords to the building. Avoid!!!!

I’ve used another storage unit near by but nothing compared to my experience with Sean in the last few days. I walked in one day to ask to see a unit and from that moment on his warm personality made me feel like he was a friend trying to help me make the best decision. The units/ building is clean and the elevators are quite large. I’m very happy with my experience in setting everything up with the apps and gaining access thanks to the time Sean spent to show me and help me.

Sean at the Hawthorne location was very sweet, understanding, had such good humor, very respectful and helpful! He listened to our concerns, he listened to every question we had and he made the experience wonderful! He even offered candy and water! He’s very detail oriented, the office is nice and clean, the air feels fantastic especially in the units. He walked us to and from the unit and explained every outlet, fire hydrant and emergency exit and call button! He made us feel safe.

Ive been to many storage units in the past years and this by far is the best one i have ever experienced. Clean, organized and the customer service is outstanding. Sean was such a great help with my reservation and guiding me with a tour that was very much impressive. The safety precautions, security and cleanliness makes me feel comfortable keeping me and my families belongings in this unit. My last location felt like such a chore to even enter. This location is so welcoming even at night when the staff arent in the premises. I recommend anyone whos looking to get a storage unit and cant decide. This is the place to go, trust me you wont regret it.
