Had to find a new unit as my old facility tried to raise my rate to 255$ a month from 140/month. So I shopped around and eventually found a similarly amenitied local spot that had a good price. For the same exact size unit, both climate controlled, both elevator access, etc etc. I am now paying 105/month after only paying 88$ for my first month. I just moved 95% of my belongings over to Storage Bin yesterday and was very pleased with the ease of the entire process online and in person. The facility is orderly, the gates work as they should, and I had no issues during my transfer to the new unit. I would highly recommend this place if you’re at a different local place and want to save some money for the same size units! Also, the guy that runs the place (bob, I think? My memory sucks.) is super nice and before I had rented the unit online I stopped in with some questions and he gave me a tour of which unit would be mine and the facility and when I told him my experience with the rates being raised the way they were, he was able to guess which other local facility I was coming from! ?? now the only remaining aspect is to see if they try to raise the rates in a similar fashion but I am pretty confident that I won’t be running into a similar issue as I did at the other facility. Highly recommend! UPDATE: my rate has not increased and I’ve not been notified of any expected increase yet. ???? saving literally 150$/month. Total savings in 4 months=600$ ??????????????????

The price is a bit much for the indoor, 2nd floor units, with limited access (not 24 hours), but the guys there are always nice and kind and helpful and made the experience better for me. The guys at Hackettstown Cubesmart are very helpful, they make the rental process quick and easy. The outdoor units are easily accessible, clean and moisture free. I've had multiple units here and never had a problem. They always have good deals on their website. I am very happy with them and would choose them over any storage in town always.

SECURED, 24/7 Gated Access Storage Unit's. Quiet, and Away from main Roads. In my personal Opinion the Annual 3% Rent Increase is Annoying and Expensive. I never heard of an Annual 3% Rent Increase out in the Western United States till I moved out here to New Jersey. These Storage Unit's have become really Expensive! My 10 x 10 Outdoor, Non-Climate Controlled Storage Unit, has gone up from about $180 to $207 per month in the 2 year's I have had it. I get the impression the 3% Annual Rent Increase is Designed to Motivate or to Force you to move your Stuff around to keep Costs Low and Affordable. All in all though, as long as your Bill gets paid on time, the Management leaves you alone. The Storage Unit's seem well maintained.

Would appreciate a courtesy call back. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived yesterday and we got no courtesy call ahead of time to let us know. After having my wood furniture in a climate control unit, I found my wood furniture was in good condition. That is what I was paying for all these months and it was so necessary. I was able to take half my furniture out and very easily down size to a smaller unit on the day of my move. All changes were clearly explained to me during a very long and stressful day. We had our entire house in the climate control area...never had any problems with fabrics or boxes. We recommend the site for storage...and the staff have been wonderful to work with.
