Willie helped me choose the proper size that I needed. I am already renting one unit but needed more space. With Willies help, I didnt get anything larger, at a higher price, than what I actually needed. He drove me to the new unit, made sure I could unlock and lock the unit (something most managers don't bother doing. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Willie, at the South Ave. CubeSmart, in Cranford NJ, if you need storage.

Tim, Willie and Sandy are what made it the the best experience for us. When I closed my practice in "015, we needed a storage unit fast and chose CubeSmart because they had the best deal going and they were close making it convenient for us to access the unit any time we wanted. Never having had a storage unit before we didn't know what to expect. Mr. Tim was our first face-to-face contact and he was extremely professional but personable and understanding of our "newness" to the whole world of remote storage. Feeling a bit vulnerable and sad seeing a huge portion of our lives having come to an end, Mr. Tim, Willie and Sandy never made us feel insignificant or just another unit rental to them. They quickly became friends and always had kind, warm words to greet us. Willie and Sandy and I would have wonderful conversations that were inspirational and always left me uplifted. I will truly miss them and wish them well in work and in life.

I was met at that door, by the kind and professional staff member. I sat down and was given all the directions I needed to handle my space. I was escorted to my unit and was shown how and what to do using a lift. All of the safety issues to be taken seriously! I was shown how to lock and unlock unit, that was immaculately kept! I found the entire place to be this way! Im so happy I chose this place that was 5 minutes away! Many Thanks on a job well done, Mr Willie Harris.

Mother was there for 5 years, but when she needed to take her stuff to her new home they would not give her a refund for her month payment she just had paid for the next month, they said it was policy, no refunds. Terrible, Terrible, doing that to an 81 year old. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to no one, go somewhere else. At least they will take care of you better. She asks for her month rent back and they say no, shame on you.

I was with this company for almost 3 years, they charged me 12 usd insurance for all that time without me hiring it, I asked to remove it and they always had excuses for not doing it. I changed to another site, more space for the same price, air-conditioned and clean and they do not charge me insurance, terrible customer service to solve problems. I will definitely never come back

People are pleasant... but extremely inconvenient for the customer! It is practically archaic compared to other facilities such as Access Storage. It was a few dollars less because it is not climate controlled and there is no individual lighting in the units. So you will either freeze or sweat in the dark! Come on Cube get with The Times!!??

The staff at the Cranford location are ever accommodating, helpful, and personable. I have had a unit at this location for almost two years and it has been a super pleasant experience. Signed up for a cube and and second floor. The elevator lift has not been working since day one. Everything carried individually by hand to second floor. 2 weeks going and still not operational. Woud not really be a big deal if I was just loading new items... but this was the initial storage of all my junk. P.S. still paying regular price.

The representative that helped us was very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied except for the transition from the lift to our storage unit. There is a step that makes it difficult to manuver the hand cart going to the unit and even harder trying get back to the lift with a full cart. There should be a ramp that would make the move possible for someone moving their stuff alone.
