Customer service SEVERELY lacks. Employees are very rude. Unit was very overpriced for lack of security. Our unit got broken into and the insurance through your company was an absolute joke. We were not even allowed to view the only outside camera footage to pinpoint when our unit was broken into even after being told we needed a police report which was filed. Don’t waste your money.

This place is overpriced. I had a large unit for almost 4 years and during that time rent was increased 4 times. This past weekend I was required to move out of my unit through no fault of my own. They determined they wanted to do repairs. It took my husband and I 3 days in over 100 degree temperatures and renting a small moving truck. It is wrong that they expected me to pay for the time I would not be able to be in my unit. I asked for reimbursement and was denied. Very poor business and unethical.

Staff seemed nice but my unit was broken into, along with others. They blamed the neighboring apartment complex. This is not a safe facility for storage. EDIT: Cubesmart replied to my review with their standard cut and paste response to email their help email. I did. No response. AVOID.

Beware of storing anything at Cube Smart or any other storage units. There has been a known increase in storage unit break-ins in several states, including Las Vegas and you will likely not be forewarned when you rent a storage unit. Terrible lack of transparency at the customer’s expense! If I could give them a 0-star rating, I would. I sent an email as requested to their Help Center and as of today June 6th, I have not received a response.

My storage unit, along with 2-3 additional units got broken into at this location one night two years ago. The folks here did the bare minimum in terms of assistance, directed to do so by their regional manager. Don’t believe them when they say that this facility is secure, because it isn’t.

I have been a client since 2006. Over the years I received notices about incremental price increases but I didnt think too much of it until I saw an advertisement offering my size unit for about $500 less then what I was paying. I reached out to CubeSmart expecting them to match their advertised price. They not only refused but were patronizing about it “ oh we can’t lower your rate, it’s real estate sweetie”. So, I arrange to move out to a different company only to find that over 3/4 of my items were ruined because my unit had completely flooded and I was never even notified there had been a leak on the property much less that it had flooded the units. So I had been paying hundreds of dollars over market to store destroyed items for who knows how long. To say I wouldn’t recommend this storage company is a vast understatement. You couldn’t pay me to store my trash here.

Delisa is amazing, explains things thoroughly for those who’ve never had a storage unit before like myself. It was a quick and easy process. She got me the best deal for the space I was looking for; all the spaces same size depending on location were different rates. I like that if you buy their lock w/ insurance the deductible is waived just in case of theft or whatever else it might cover. Esther also front office very nice and accommodating as well!!

Again, I would give 5 stars, but their app doesn't work all the time or completely. I have to say, though, their staff is understanding and helpful. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, too. So, I don't mind paying a bit extra for extra security. The hours aren't always the best either.

I originally worked with a husband and wife couple in 2017 when I rented my storage unit. Since that time all of my interactions have been with the manager Delisa. Delisa has gone above and beyond helping me with my storage needs. I live in Oregon and my unit, being in Vegas, was difficult to access. When I decided to move my belongings to Oregon, I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed. She advised me every step of the way and when I finally met her in person today when I moved out, it was like reuniting with an old friend! I highly recommend this storage unit location and specifically, work with Delisa!

Delisa was amazing at explaining all of the fees you don’t see on the website. Unfortunately you are forced to purchase one of their locks ($20.36) use their provided insurance for the first month ($12)and pay an initial $29 move in fee. Other than those extra fees the unit was clean and Delisa was the perfect help during the process!

I have rented from this location for several years and part way through it was taken over by CubeSmart. During the transition they assured that my rent would not change, only for it to increase later with no warning. Quality of facility has also declined, AC is broken so my unit was no longer temperature controlled and every time I visited within my last week, staff was absent from office "on break" no matter what time of day. there was also broken glass and some sort of spilled alcohol all over the entrance and carts by my storage building that was not cleaned all week. The day I moved all my items out of storage I saw a middle aged/ elderly woman waiting outside the office in the desert heat for over an hour after a scheduled appointment with no response from the people who she was supposed to meet as they were "on break" as was the norm. All Cubesmart has done here is paste their brand over the building and slowly let the quality drop. Will no longer recommend this location.

Sucure in a safe location, with early mornings and not to late hours for access. They also have free moving truck services for the first 30 days free boxes and packing tape for your move in.

Over priced units for them being not air controlled. Inconvenient hours to access your unit. On-site employee is rude and incompetent. It is unreal how this company takes over from Storage West and just ruins the business they established there. I highly recommend NOT to use Cubesmart storage, they don't care how expensive the units are and will rate hike you to another galaxy.

I don’t do many reviews but I feel I need to spread the word about this location! The owners here are awesome. Since my dad died recently, its been hard enough—not including having to move everything out of the house on my own, without support from anyone else in the family. The owners were very empathetic with me as a first time storage owner, they showed me the different unit sizes so that I would pick the right one the first time instead of having to move storages down the road/or have to pay more than I need to. Storage is expensive period, but these guys made sure I knew about the specials they were running so that I saved money. I can’t express enough how professional and kind these guys are. The property is so clean and security cameras and good lighting everywhere. Moving sucks, but these guys make you feel like part of the family.

I would have to say this is one of the best businesses in Las Vegas, not just best out of storage facilities but out of any business I've ever set foot in. Due to my living situation I have to access my unit often to grab something or drop something off, and every time I'm greeted with a friendly smile and kind words by both Jon and Julie, any other storage place I was made to feel like I was a burden for coming to my unit Wich I pay for. These managers are probably the nicest people I've ever met and if I were this company I would hold on to them and not let them go. They definitely are a huge asset to this facility and without them it wouldn't have the level of respect it does now. Definitely love this place

The best storage unit place ever! We used them close to 2 years and they've been great. John & julie are very welcoming. This place is very secure and clean and I would definitely recommend and use this place again. When I had to look for a storage unit hands down this place was it! The people that run and take care of this facility have a real heart for people's needs, they will not put you in a unit that is not suited for your needs and they are on site if a need arises, prices are very reasonable.
