There are drug addicts lingering inside. Many live inside storage units. I had two different people who looked like zombies approach me asking for a screwdriver to "prop" something open. I also had someone approach my car with a rock. I don't feel safe and fear for my belongings. The small units have a lock system that's cheap and can be opened. The inside units seem rushed in construction and flawed. I do hope my belongings don't go missing because people that need money for substances live here.

I had been storing my stuff for over a year and the staff is the kindest people you'll ever meet at a storage unit... no nasty attitudes regardless of the time. I lost my keys and the staff helped me cut my lock and she remained smiling and positive despite her being the only one there at the time. I don't know how they manage to stay positive but its amazing

The attendant was great. The swap cooled units were not cool as the equipment was down. This was a Saturday and the attendant said they would be fixed Monday. Not sure if folks were notified the building system was down in case they needed to get things from their unit. Hot in Vegas summer says 112 today.

This location is gross.?? I did not even unload my storage items. There was a car blocking the entrance to the elevator. People were sitting in chairs living in the indoor units. There was no on-site manager present for the time I was there well before lunch at 10 am. The local phone number was not answered. The gate at first only opened halfway. Then someone came along and forced it permanently open. I have sympathy for the unhoused but it was clear that people are living here with no bathroom facilities. I have had to call the National HQ to get a refund.

You guys called every time I was a couple days past late or something and I made my payments then I get on one time and I see I owe 644 so I call in to see why and they say that they have tried contacting me and emailing me. I left my ID and it was almost closing time and I had to get an uber to get there. She waited for me so could pick it up. Very helpful and she was just a really nice. And moving Is annoying as it is. So she made it so much easier and I got one month free(it was a promotion)! So If you're looking for a storage, this is the spot to go to. I'm very happy with my purchase òf my storage. I was planning on getting the storage in the beginning of March . Angelina called me to go over my registration at that time. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to book the unit early. I called back and spoke with Angelina again and explained that I needed to get the unit earlier than expected. She was more than accommodating. She advised me I was able to come in that day. Which was exactly what I needed. Upon arrival she processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently. She detailed and outlined everything for me. The place is clean and well-maintained. They also offer free use of a dolly. The online price was very reasonable. I appreciate the personal consideration that Angelina took to make me feel comfortable and confident in the decision to rent from them.

Terrible place. People living there and working out of units (Daily) in the middle of the hallway so you can't get by with your stuff. Broken down car right where you need to park to Load/unload. They act overly nice to you at first, then they asked me if you would give them a review. I said yes, and he said, "can I do it on your phone?" This was at first meet, before we did any business together. All the Google reviews are fraudulent. These people are as phony as a $3 bill. Stay away!!!

There is a woman is 2130 that stole my stuff in front of my unit and they let her do it by looking the other way. She goes all through the hallways on the second floor mind you her unit is on the first floor outside she has no reason to come upstairs other than looking for what to steal and they still let her do it. She took brand new pans , creams, shampoo, and a mini motorcycle if you decide to rent here some of your stuff may come up missing and watch out for the old woman with blond hair in this unit because if she can she well do it and she does take stuff. . Cubesmart charges excessive fees but lets things like this happen.... Unimpressed with this place

Okay I apologize to purely storage for giving this storage a bad review and I'm sorry for that I feel terrible for that reason so I just wanted to say that I do apologize for what I said before and yes they're allowed to use a storage whatever happened already passed and I hope the Lord will fix this problem to put the bad people out of the storage and having to come back and do nothing else the name of Jesus God bless this storage puerly storage amen

Love this place I feel good about keeping my stuff in a storage here there s on-site management 24hrs a day to help you with anything n everything I need.. friendly and the price is very reasonable.
