I’ve always worked places that use offsite storage and have never been impressed until I started looking for personal use and found Cubesmart in Bryans Road. It is clean, climate controlled, only one level and offers lots of space for a really good price. The bonus is that the staff is lovely. I have had nothing but a great experience getting this set up and working with them.

I was looking for a storage facility to rent to store my belongings when I came across CubeSmart in Bryan's Road, Maryland. I spoke to Eugene Patterson the day that I was in. Eugene was very helpful and knowledgeable about pricing, the size's of all CubeSmart units, scheduling of payments, and the use of the facilities if I were to rent a unit at CubeSmart. He was also able to show me a unit that would accommodate all of my valueables. Not only was this facility clean and organized the technology was well up to speed to handle my needs as well. I found Eugene very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. However, my only concern was the pricing. A bit high for me. I will be pricing other storage facilities to try and lower the price a bit. Other than the price CubeSmart has everything I need ie: Professional Customer Service, CubeSmart was clean and organized with the latest up to date technology.
