The storage is safe. The storage compartment is clean, good temperature. I never felt unsafe or had an issue getting in and out. Customer service experience was always positive. The price just goes up too often to me. It goes up like your stuff is in an apartment. Glad I no longer need it.

This place has changed to be disappointing. I just moved to a new storage 3 months ago for $159, and today on Christmas they sent me email that it has gone up to $200. A month ago I had complained that a guy employee had called & threatens if you are late. Dorothy is the only professional good person they have.

This location deserves no stars. I was lied to about the truck being fixed in the time I needed for my move. I called multiple times and was told someone would get back to me in a 24 to 48 hours. That did not happen. I am out of hundred bucks and didn’t even receive a call to tell me that. I came to the store earlier this week no one was there or returned my call. Never used the unit. I recommend to not go this location. Unsatisfacted customer. I been to multiple locations even in Texas and received better customer service. Thank you Mark for failing me in my customer experience.

Our unit was a drive-up access unit, very easy to get to, but the debri, dust and bugs issue were damaging our items, not to mention to fluctuating weather. However, CubeSmart served its purpose. There's nothing bad to say really, I guess these things are expected. On move-out, there was a dried up rodent, I had my suspicions and that confirmed it. However, it was time for me to move and I was grateful for the space, it came available at a very difficult time, as I got it during the pandemic when I lost my studio space, due to budgetary constraints. One major issue however is the constant raising of the rent, that played a major role in me deciding to downsize or bear up until it was time to move. I did the latter and though I missed Charles, he was a really cool guy, the new guy is just as cool and very helpful. I had recommended family members to my location and they actually did rent units. I am grateful for the time and now it's time to move on. Submitted by Owner.

Contacted customer service and spoke with an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional rep. He was extremely unhelpful, possibly having a bad day, but it's no excuse to take it out on a customer especially at the ridiculously high rate I'm paying. I will not pay that kind of money to get treated like that. Closing my unit so I don't have to experience this type of service again.

I needed two large units 1 this week and other @ the end of the month... I saw them signed the arrangement only to find out the I had to use a cylinder key and it would not say in place .. kept falling out ... I couldn’t figure it out,.. my index finger was sore and swollen for soooo many attempts. So, now I have to unpack my unit and get my money back cause it was no other key and lock option ... talk about a waste of time .so I went to EZ Storage in Beltsville... Yes ! regular locks. I would have not been frustrated if I was shown how to use it ,. Manager did it himself and made look easy., which I’m sure it is ., that was my first and hopefully last time I need to use a cylinder key and no one helping me so I can do it correctly . In a nutshell it would have nice if he let me do it while he watch ..since I brought the lock from CubeSmart.

Spoke to the female manager as my mother was in the hospital and I was unable to get there to settle a account and sent in my son after I called to verify it would be ok. After he drives 100 miles and spends his time and gas they refuse to take the money unless I am present and were downright rude and nasty. Customer service is the easiest thing for a company. This manager lied directly to me on the phone by saying it was ok if my son paid the bill then after he arrives refuses his money purposely wasting his time and money. Go to another Storage facility in the area as there are many to choose from. This location is run by liar's and people that will try to manipulate your account to get fee's out of you.

I've been a tenant at Beltsville CubeSmart for several years, the service has always been very professional and friendly. The storage area is always kept clean and tidy. The staff is always extremely helpful and available. I will continue using this service for as long as I have storage needs.

I have used the Beltsville Cube Smart since before it was named Cube Smart! While there were other storage units in the area that were less expensive, the convenient location and the two ladies who worked at the locatioons made it an easy choice for me to rent their units. Khree and Tori have been there since first renting the first of our 5 storage units. They keep it maintained and are truly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and personable. Thus, I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit in our area to consider the Rt 1 Beltsville location. Keep up the great work you do their ladies. Blessings Coach T

We spoke with Tori before deciding- she was very helpful . Then when we went in for our contact Khrregarding provided details we wanted and completed our agreement quickly. It was clear they both care about the customer and getting the right solution.

We've moved many times in the past 5 years, and at each location we've had to have rent a storage space for our overflow of household goods. In other words, we have a lot of experience renting from storage spaces. Our most recent storage rental, the CubeSmart in Beltsville, was BY FAR the best experience we've had in all our rentals over the years. Renting a storage space should be quick, simple, and friendly. It's not that complicated of a process - you should be shown your options, given information on access, and fill out the paper work. That simple. We worked with Khree Lewis at this storage space and within 20mins and a smile she had us moving our stuff into our new storage space. That simple. Renting from here could not have been a better experience. The place is clean, friendly, secure and accessible - which is really all you want from a storage facility. That simple.
