I've been renting from this CubeSmart facility for over a year now. Facility feels safe and clean, temperature is nicely controlled throughout the year. I recently needed to pull some items from storage and decided to transfer to a smaller container in the process. Staff was very helpful in the switch and things went quick and smoothly. Overall my experience renting from CubeSmart has been great. Highly recommended!

Our experience was not as smooth as we would have hoped, but in the end we were taking care of quite nicely. I think that the person who was in the office was ill on the day that we needed the storage. But as I said in the end, they were very kind and accommodating.

Paula and Amber are great. I used this storage facility for a short-term West Coast move. The facility is extremely large and clean. In addition the parking lot is massive and there are a lot of business nearby. That said it's tucked in it's own little corner and so adds an extra layer of security in my opinion. They have a number of storage unit sizing options.

Terrible experience. I needed access after hours to store items after moving into a new house. Was told by reps in the store that it wouldn’t be an issue and to setup an account online, and I would be able to move my stuff into the unit when I completed moving items into my new house. To be fair, the reps I spoke to in the office were friendly and courteous and since it was a few minutes to closing time, I don’t blame them for directing my to use the online portal to open an account. However, after moving the items needed into my new house, I took the rest to the storage facility and upon tying to access the building I was denied entry. I reviewed the new account paperwork and saw that new customers do not have after hours access. I had no choice but to take those items back to my old house, unload them to keep them in the living room, and then rent another truck the next day to complete the move using a different storage facility. 10/10 for friendliness but 0/10 for communication and overall experience

I needed a storage unit in the spur of the moment and Paula at the Freeport location was very helpful and it only took her about 15 minutes to get me a unit and made sure that I got the best deal possible. The facilities are spotless and the units are temperature controlled and I will never have to worry about any roadants getting in my stuff. I wouldn’t get a unit anywhere else, ever!

Paula was so helpful and kind to me. I rented a small unit and then realized I needed a bigger one and she made the switch with no problem at all. Another associate(short blonde hair), helped me get one of the garage doors opened so I could unload my truck, they were also very kind and helpful. The facility itself is very nice.

After driving 5 hours I was unable to access the building and customer service couldn't assist. It was Sunday I had a code that didn't work and needed to get back for work on Monday. The best they could offer was to wait until Monday when someone would be in that office. I found another storage facility that was able to give me a code and locker so I could unload and begin the drive back.

I was looking at storage units around town and CubeSmart checked all the boxes I need. I stopped in after work and found Paula mopping the floor. We talked for a few minutes and I explained my situation and concerns. She took me around to see the different sized units. I picked the size I need and we went back to the office. Paula took my information and got everything set for my rental. I am thrilled with the multiple options to pay the monthly rent and that they have an app to make it even easier. I would highly recommend the Freeport CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage facility, also it's climate controlled and all indoors.
