It is a clean safe facility. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We recently needed to downsize our unit and chose to stay at the same Cubesmart. Our only issue is that diuring the almost three years there, the rate increased a lot. After researching. It seems that this is a universal problem with storage companies.

Very convenient and clean; Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable; another employee was very slow in answering basic questions, wasn’t familiar with pricing, guessed at sizes which meant he found out he was quoting me a wrong price & had to start over; he blamed it on the slow computer program but salespeople should have a piece of paper printed out with the size of the unit at a certain price, with the special they advertise (& a good salesman would have those figures at his fingertips); get a faster program); also the $39 admin fee per unit makes up for free first months rent or 25% off the lease price; no breaks given on admin fee even if you get more than one unit; and they don’t tell you to bring your homeowners policy and expiration date with you when they go over all the fees and specials! I was able to bring in my homeowners policy and expiration info the next day, but the $12.99 won’t be refunded until the next month, then I won’t be paying that high coverage ($12.99 per month!; Cubesmart can do better on the customer service employees; and sell locks with keys; the combo directions to set your own number are confusing and the tumblers difficult;

Our boxes were soiled with rodent droppings and urine. We had to discard a lot of clothing and other items. Furthermore the boxes that we were going to keep in garage all had to be replaced because of the urine. The local management did not want to work with us at all and we are forced to file an insurance claim.

I have a cube here, and am very happy thus far. After hours access is convenient and easy. Unit is easily accessible and large. *Update: I ended up moving out after they raised my rates (doubled them actually) 3 months after I rented the space and ended up getting a bigger unit that is air conditioned for the same price at ExtraSpace as I was paying at cubesmart. The indoor air conditioned unit was a must after storing at cubesmart (as was the bug bombing of my unit and stored possessions before moving them) as they had a very bad roach (palmetto bug actually) infestation. Really, it should be expected in an outdoor and open air unit in S. Florida. Now, I did find that it is common practice in the industry to offer an introductory rate then raise it within a few months, as my new unit had the same policy (as did all of the others I called) however when I simply told ExtraSpace that I was willing to move every 3 months than accept that as a policy, they worked with me on the rates and I ended up getting a second unit.

For a auction buyers! Be careful! Personal are so rude. Not following rules. When I came after finishing cleaning my units to pick up cleaning deposit they started to fighting with me and come up with everything so as not to give it to me. I had on paperwork 72 hours to clean but they said I have 48. After I show a paperwork they said what here is not there location and they don’t know where is my deposit. I have been about to call to police. Finally after 20 minutes they contacted to manager and I got my deposit.

The staff are rude. If they know you are moving out they will lock your storage even though you are within your grace period and have full access to the storage. They are disrespectful. Ok i went to pay my bill at 10:35 now mind you they open at 9:30 so i figured i go before lunch. Also its raining and there was a break in the rain . got there again i say 10:35 and there is a sign hanging up will return at 11:10.....so i sit and wait in my car she finally shows up at 11:15 she approaches me and says may I help you I said yeah I've been waiting to pay my bill I don't live close and I wasn't going to come back I suggest you just open at 9:30 and you were gone already I thought I'd catch you before lunch her response to me was where I guess you'll have to call the bank and take that up with them very sarcastic I have been very unhappy with this company you store it they go up every year and their prices the people in the office are very unfriendly and I can't believe it but I've been there I've had a unit for 19 years so I honestly would not recommend anybody to use used to it even though I'm going to continue because I'd have a pretty good price but the people are very unfriendly there and the way she approached me and was sarcastic about then you need to call the bank why couldn't you go to the bank on your lunch hour so I'm not a very happy customer today

Well the online process was very easy. But when I went to put code in as directed would not work. Luckily I went when was still business hours and management had to come outside and let me thru while fixed the problem with the computer side. Than I had trouble closing the latch to the door and again management was kind and assisted. The doors or not easy to open or close to the storage area.

What an amazing experience CubeSmart turn out to be , not at all what I actually expected but a perfect example of what good and excellent customer service should be. I went to rent a unit from this location. Upon arrival I noticed immediately that the grounds were clean and well-kept. I was greeted immediately by one of the most friendly, nice and very kind lady, Elvia, for the prop. manager( Marsha) was occupied at that moment. I took the time to look around and found that the interior was just has clean, tidy and trash and clutter-free has the rest of the grounds turn out to be. Marsha greeted me immediately and she was just as kind, nice and has friendly has her manager Elvia who first greeted me. After explaining Marsha my needs , I needed a 10 x 15, she explained and immediately show me what was available which was unfortunately for me a 10 x 20, however upon explaining to her my situation, she explained to me that I could get into the 10 x 20 and put on a list for the unit I wanted a later time or if I was serious about downsizing a cheaper unit when I was ready for it. I was very surprised and very pleased on how easy and trouble and stress-free the whole process was , we all know how stressful moving from one location to another is but Marsha made it very easy , stress-free with absolutely very little worried about. Moving day went flawlessly and my unit was ready when she said it was going to be and I had no problems getting into it. I will absolutely recommend this location for your storage needs and give it a 5-star rating. In a world that is has trouble and has changing has our very own lives is good to know that there's people still treating people with respect and dignity and still willing to help those in need. Thank you so very much Marsha and Elvia. I Will Remember You in my prayers always.?????

The promotion they had online was bogus. I reserved a storage place online for a inside storage unit but it was not the case when I went to the office to pay. He told me that the promotion was for an outside unit and there is an administration fee to move in plus insurance. Instead of saving money you end up spending more. Other storage place charge you less and you have an inside storage. This is my first and last time using cubesmart.

Superior Hours!! Great Experience, Great Location!! Great Price!! I ship world-wide and recently switched storage companies.. Out of 4 storage companies that I've used nationwide, this one is the best!! For commuters, the location is excellent..there's a variety of food chains, so you don't have to look far for food or starve and the location is right on the bus line!! There's even a Walmart and I think I might have found my new optician!! For drivers, there's several gas stations in close proximity and for shoppers, there's several ATMs!! But not only is the location great, the facility is great as well, I don't know how many times I almost used the bathroom on myself while getting my inventory at other storage units.. No worries for commuters, they have a bathroom right in the facilities available until 10 pm closing time!! Which brings me to their hours, super superior hours for the area!! Most storage companies close at 6pm or 7 pm which is super inconvenient for commuters and busy customers..Though other locations offer 24hrs, Cube Smart hours are SUPER reasonable and doable!! No more getting locked out of your belongings..Also, during business hours they have soft music playing to brighten the day!! 10 stars for going ABOVE and BEYOND for the best in customer experience!! Thank you!! Cube Smart!!

I was a little disappointed that the monthly rate was basically $15 more than what they advertised to reel you in. But I suppose they are all pretty much that way. I've been using this storage location for about ten weeks. During that time the location has been closed three times. Recently while I was in my unit I was asked to leave as they were going to be paving the parking lot. You'd think they'd knew that and alert me in advance. Giving someone five minutes to get out of their unit when they are working in it is not acceptable. I'm disappointed with these folks.

Mr. Alvarez and his friendly staff were very patient while helping me select the unit that would best suit my storage needs and budget.
