This is one of the worst storage units I’ve ever rented. I rented a 10’x5’ unit and the space was hardly even 3’. You can’t pull in a moving truck to access any of the units. The gate access is so tight and if you manage to squeeze it in you’ll get stuck once your inside because the clearance around the corners is too small to clear a sedan let alone a pick up or box truck. We were stuck for hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone rent from here no matter how “good of a deal” they’re offering to move in.

Horrible place please to not put your belongings here. My unit and 48 other units got broke into in 1 night no evidence showing people entering or exiting. It was definitely a inside job. I gave them paper work of my 4x4 and i was financing $4,500 they only gave me $2000 there are No cameras to secure the back side where the units got hit. Easy breakable locks. rats in and out storages due to little holes in each units. Horrible service no one is ever there and the lady works there lives on premises. Please don't put your stuff here this place is horrible and crooked I will be posting this review everywhere I can please don't put your stuff here

Too bad there's not negative stars.avoid homestead cubesmart( on us1) like the plague.. Rats,locked bathroom,broken light fixtures,one lane between units,homeless hanging at their units,.mgr parks car back on the storage area, no one can make a turn if you have a truck or trailer...and if you complain she'll call the cops on you if you're getting things past 10pm...apparently the police don't consider it trespassing so who really cares what cubesmart considers trespassing ( I read the " contract")
