Had a great experience with Melissa and Vicky! They were both very helpful as I was new to the area and wanted to know how safe their units would be from any weather damage. The buildings sit up high enough and have sufficient drainage that I felt very comfortable renting two units! It doesn't get any better than it does here. The pricing is fantastic. The facilities are clean. It's easy and easy out. Not to mention this is right across from my apartment.So it's easy for me to access quickly. You won't find better people then the ones that are running it either. Vicky the store manager helped me when my brand new car broke down in the parking lot she could have just easily chose to ignore the fact that it happened but instead choose to help. If you're in between choosing since there are so many choices in storage, choose this one just because they're good people & they've earned all 5 stars.

Contacted them over a half dozen times with a service issue, they failed to respond to numerous emails and phone calls, locked me out of my unit when payment was 7 days past due. All the phone calls and emails were about updating an expiration date on a credit card. I was a tenant for 5 years and never missed a payment, they are either lazy or apathetic.

The general manager, Mary, is simply the best. She is super attentive. We are building a house in Florida and having everything delivered to Cube Smart - microwave, blender, silverware, bar stools, beach chairs etc.... Was a customer for a few months, stopping by to pick up a few things we discovered our entire storage unit and all of our boxes were infested with silverfish. Long story short I had to pay to have a junk removal service empty what I couldn't salvage out of the unit and I left. Bugs happen, the real reason for the 1 star review is how absolutely terrible management treats their customers. On moving out the person running the front desk was aggravated I didn't schedule a move out because "she just had people here she could have rented it to immediately". This is what was told to me after explaining the bug issue. My complaint was immediately dismissed as "my fault", for having a box of books in the unit, and soon after I was ignored so the person behind the counter could try to get the other people on the phone to have them move in right after me without dealing with the bug problem. Honestly couldn't be more disgusted, treat your stuff better than leaving it here. Who knows, you might get someone's old bug infested unit an hour after they moved out.

I have had horrible experience with a local storage facility to the point of having to move out within 24 hours notice for no reason other than personal preference of Manager.( Which I can see no cause for )(Previously I have had three storage units there )home you cannot make a complaint against because all the numbers that you can find go to that person. The owners are not aware. Excellent customer service!! Brad and Terrance both went out of their way to help us out. We had an 8 hour drive turn into 12 hrs due to rain and road conditions, and were running behind. Terrance met us after closing time to get us set up and let us in. He also helped us get a 2nd unit as we had too much stuff to fit in one unit. He was super kind and patient, and worked with us to figured the rate plan that would work best for us. They also allowed us to leave our rental truck and uhaul overnight so we didn't have to unload after a 12 hr drive. This is a GREAT place to store your stuff!!

The staff at this location are phenomenal and dedicated. Anytime I call I know I will get in touch with either Terrence or Brad and they are always so friendly and so very helpful. CubeSmart or this location is doing it right. I feel like they take the time to get to know their customers. Coming into the office feels like stepping into the local corner store that you go into every day. Except, this is a storage facility and you only stop in every so often, yet somehow Terrance and Brad always make you feel like they just saw you and know you. Not to mention the premises are always extremely clean and feel safe. As a female these are great attributes to a storage facility.

We were moving out of our storage today. We have been here a year and a half. CubeSmart has been wonderful. We were down to our last unit and we had a few loads left. Our biggest fear was how we were going to move the heavy bar. We thought about getting a trailer or hiring a moving company on Monday. Terrance was walking around the property. He wasn’t working and he stopped and asked us if we needed any help. He introduced himself as the GM of the property. We had a load in the car and a full load in the truck. He suggested we take this load home and he will help us with the bar. He jumped in the truck and helped us with the first load. We came back loaded up the bar and the rest of the unit. We are both in our 70s there is no way we could have done this. Who does this. And on their time. He wouldn’t even take any money from us. He told us he has new friends and that’s what CubeSmart employees do. Thank you Terrance you are amazing. Thank you CubeSmart for taking care of us.

Finding a large enough storage unit at the last minute is difficult enough, but I have to say that gym at CubeSmart in Cape Coral was amazing! He stayed open a little later to meet me, he was very thorough with all this information. He even helped me to find two amazing guys to help unload a very large U-Haul. I am so very thankful to have worked with Jim at CubeSmart in Cape Coral. It's a wonderful storage unit. Very clean, has amazing security. I recommend CubeSmart for everyone.

Top notch customer service from the on-site staff. They did not physically help us move into our interior climate controlled storage unit, however, they assisted in other ways that may the move in much easier to do! I feel the facility is very secured and feel safe storing my items within it and I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone I know!

This storage facility is top notch, look no further. This property is spotless and beautifully maintained. The General Manager Michelle is fabulous, she was very thorough and explained the process and gave us great service. She was very patient with me as this was my first time I used storage. Did I say how clean this property is. Michelle was very helpful and you could see she takes pride in this facility and it certainly shows. Thanks Michelle for the great experience. Michelle worked with me the whole way through - explained everything that I needed to know thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. She knows her job well, is fast but has attention to detail. And she does all this with a smile and a sense of humor while remembering to stay professional. I was surprised and very happy bc I have dealt with/CS both over the phone and in person and there are just too many that either don't know their job or the product...or they do know it, and are completely unhappy with it so they are miserable and it shows - even over the phone. They rush you, get aggravated with someone like me, who is hard of hearing and the young ones talk so fast. Michelle was just awesome pretty, joyful smile and willing to help you any way she can. I wish more CS Reps were like her.

I keep storage at this location going on 9 years. Michelle Bogliole & Jim Luchan are the most responsible, caring managers, perhaps in the entire United States...bathrooms are fit for the White House....they go out of their way to help people....they pay attention to what you have to say....the grounds are kept like a country club....these two managers are always seen working to make the place feel more like a home than just a storage...five stars does not do Michelle & Jim justice....I give them 20 stars! When the moving van showed up and we walked through the still-being-remodeled house with the movers, we all realized there was NO WAY we could unload the semi-trailer into the house. Yikes! Thank goodness CubeSmart has an 800 number, because no one else was picking up their phone at 7:45 am. We quickly located a facility that would accommodate a full size moving truck, reserved several units, and began the unloading process. We ended up not needing one of the units (after having paid for it) and the staff graciously voided the rental agreement and gave us a full refund. The facility is super clean, climate-controlled, and very accessible. We are so grateful they were there to help us yesterday! The staff is great and made sure we had everything we needed to get the job done. Thank you, CubeSmart!

WOW! Michelle and the staff are genuinely nice, not to mention highly competent and a refreshing pleasure to deal with. Their service standards set a very high bar and they do everything they can to make their customers feel appreciated. They even offered us bottles of water during our unloading process an a sweltering day. The facility is clean and I chose this place because of prior reviews and the on-site manager. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and I rarely write reviews).

I rented a unit for a year and never had any problems. I lost my key once and the staff took hours helping me and my family empty the unit and search for it. That was really nice of them and we were not actually expecting them to help but they did because they are nice people. I just emptied the unit and there was an accidentally charge of my bank card for the month. The staff there immediately tried to refund it but it went through again. Thankfully she noticed and refunded the money twice. My bank on the other hand saw it took me into the negative and decided to charge me an overdraft fee. The lady at Cube Smart said if my bank would not refund me they would. I called my bank and they saw the reversals and processed them faster and refunded the fee. Everything is good now and I appreciate Cube Smarts quick and fast response with helping me and offering to pay the overdraft fee. I would rent a unit there again. Thank you for the friendly service!

We were in a pinch to find a storage unit. From the time I called to the time I signed the lease I received friendly, fast and courteous service at Cube Smart. They were great with follow up calls to insure I was satisfied with everything. It was everything I expected and more. I am impressed! Michele even took us in the golf cart to show us the unit. Once she learned that we had limited time she offered to set our code to allow us entry after hours to accommodate us. That was much appreciated. Cube Smart is very clean and safe and has a security gate. I would recommend them!

Everyone at CubeSmart was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. The facility is clean, and seems very well protected. There is a good sized hand truck available to help move in larger items. There is also a box truck for your use. I went with CubeSmart because I was told I would have the use of the truck as an added extra convenience. However, after I made my reservation on the phone (I was coming from out of state), they quickly called back to say they were sorry but the truck wasn't available for me to use the day I reserved to move in. So I had to pay extra to rent a truck and insurance from Budget. When I got to CubeSmart, on the day I said I would, the truck was sitting in the parking lot and continued to sit in the parking lot each of the 3 days I continued to move things into my rented space. I found that to be off-putting.

This is our first time renting a storage unit. We had looked at one that was a bit closer to home but the staff was just awful and we were not impressed with the facility. Michelle and Michael were just wonderful and awesome. They were so helpful and answered all our questions. They seemed to really want to show us around.
