I had a great experience with CubeSmart Storage in Aventura. Richard and the general manager made selecting a storage space simple and stress-free. They provided instructions on using the Storage Genie app to access the front gate, so I don’t have to search for a code each time. We viewed two different sizes and found the perfect one for our belongings. The facility is clean, with a fresh smell, newer construction, and includes thoughtful amenities like air-conditioned bathrooms and carts to transport items. The location is convenient, with flexible hours, and I even received a discount coupon for extra savings. Highly recommend!

Nathan, you should be ashamed of yourself. Do not trust this CubeSmart location. I had to file a police report today with the Aventura police after noticing brand new Nikes from my storage unit went missing while I was out of town for weeks. My unit is very organized and all of my inventory is accounted for. The sneakers were inside my unit, right in the front, but I did not think they would actually get stolen by the staff. DO NOT TRUST this location at all. This is disgusting. They will not be getting away with theft.

Found this place on google. I called and spoke with Nathan. Super nice guy. I was in need of a parking space for my truck. They didnt have any available at the time but Nathan called me back a couple days later with great news and got me the perfect parking space for my dump truck. Only reason i moved from my other parking space is because of how awesome Nathan was when i speak with him. More companies need to have a guy like Nathan.

I immediately made my reservation. I complimented Nathan when I went to sign the contract.. Excellent customer service. The facilities are great! With AC, clean and secure. Access code to get into the facility and elevator. And also the time schedule to have access to your unit until 10:00 pm. Highly recommend it.

BEWARE. My unit was robbed August 2021 overnight alongside a ton of others. The burglars were never caught. Cubesmart’s camera equipment is outdated and does NOT work. They offer 3rd party insurance with terrible coverage. It did not cover my total loss. The management also clipped my lock and made me buy a new one which is an insult to me.Customer service is mediocre. I had to find out my unit was broken into on my own on a routine visit. I spoke to the manager and he LIED saying a mass email of the incident went out, when it didn’t. Also they don’t even have a functional bathroom for their customers. The same out of order sign has been there for months. Find storage elsewhere!

I will be honest, I have not had very much interaction with this actual location because all I did was drop off my things and pay monthly for the unit, so I have only been at the building itself maybe twice, However, between the new ownership and me having to switch banks since moving, and different account information being replaced for me, etc etc, and having to do mostly everything over the phone, it has been pretty frustrating and somewhat tiresome getting it all sorted out. But your employee Tiffany, has been the one I was lucky enough to deal with on all those calls. If it wasn’t for her I seriously would’ve lost my patience so long ago. She has helped reassure me while being so far away from my things. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything figured out, and that I was fully informed of all the new changes and helped me to coordinate it all. As I said before, being out of town made it a little worrisome since I could not physically be there and all my belongings were there, but as long as I spoke with Tiffany I knew that my things were safe and secure and that any new changes I would be kept up-to-date on. She has excellent customer service skills and is extremely courteous to everyone over the phone and in person when I finally arrived to move some things. She even stayed with me past closing to make sure I was able to gain access to my unit, since it had been a while for me and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in. I showed up 5 mins after closing but she made sure I had access to everything and that my code worked, etc. I honestly went from full panic mode to completely chill on my ride there because I knew Tiffany wouldn’t leave me hanging or in the dark about anything. You guys have an amazing employee there and she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for me, and I’m sure other customers as well. This is my second time renting a storage room with CubeSmart and again the experience was five star. I don't think I'll ever rent from another storage Company anymore this will be my go-to company. Moving can be difficult the last thing you need is anyone to make things more difficult. I find that when I work with CubeSmart employees they're always willing to help and greet you with a very good attitude. Standard as far as the rental process goes, But one thing that really tarnished the whole experience for me, which happens to be a pet peeve of mine. Don't offer something like a great deal if that something is not going to be readily available, for example they're moving truck. If it's something that's very rarely available say so on the rental day so the customer can make plans accordingly, don't get somebody's hopes up and then tell them. "sorry the truck won't be available until a week or two from now. Tell the customer in advance for example when you're saying, "you can get the truck for $10 for the first day for new renters, oh but the truck won't be available for this amount of time and isn't available very often". Then at least I could plan ahead or I would know not to even bother with this so-called great deal. So now at least for the people who read my review, will be informed on there so called truck rental deal.

Moving from the west coast was quite stressful and storage was a necessity. The CubeSmart folks in Aventura were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Notwithstanding the size of the moving van and time necessary to unload/load, the facility easily met our needs. Thank you for making one aspect of our move relatively painless...

We met with Regina. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was enjoyable, making something that is not a great thing to do, actually a great experience. We reanted a 10 x 10 and she finished the paper work in a short period of time. Great experience, great employee! Carol

This is a beautiful facility. That is why I am giving it 3 stars. I found the entire process today to be very slow and tedious. It took almost an hour just to sign the paperwork to "borrow" the truck, and it was a ridiculous process! Also, they made me feel like I was renting out some sort of high end sports car, and really made a huge deal about everything. The manager Yamela, who seemed nice at first, had a way of talking down to me. She did this on several occasions, and she treated me like an untrustworthy child. It was really the tone that she used several times to let me know that SHE was in charge. I completely understand that they have to run a tight ship and a clean facility, but she needs to work on the way she speaks with people.
