Several storage units were broken into and had property stolen, the storage manger could not even reach out to the customers and inform them there was a burglary, little do they know I hid a trail camera in my unit that’s constantly recording. I am sure metro denver crime stoppers would love the footage. Make sure to look into your customers backgrounds before renting out units there because I know that one of your customers is a police officer.

I had absolutely zero contact with an employee the whole time I was renting, except the phone call to reserve the rental. Easy access and no hassle. Very Affordable storage and I Didn’t have to talk to anyone in person, just called the number and they got me set up with a code to get in, the lock was already inside the unit, super easy and would absolutely recommend to anyone moving or looking for storage.

This storage is ridiculous. they seem to wanna raise there rates every other month over the time frame of three years. it started at 65.00 a month for a 5×10 to now 142.00 a month with no upgrading of any of the units, lighting or any repairs of the pot holes in the isle of the units.also with over flowing trash dumpsters. They managed to build a tall wooden fence behind the office clearly to hide the over priced ran down units that they don't want to see themselves. They never answer their phones but yet want to demand a extra $5 month that would insure your stuff up to $3000.some people's stuff is priceless to them and wouldn't mind paying a unannounced charge of $5 extra a month to be insured but there are others that have stuff that that it really don't matter if they lose there stuff or not.thats why it's in storage they never use it or don't have the room etc. So when they make the payment they can barely afford and find out that it's a different rate because of some new kind of surprising charge. They pretty much have no choice but to lose all their stuff. Which explains the overfilling trash dumpsters. It just seems kind of shady and almost criminal what they're doing. What is this country coming to?Sounds like their a company that hopped on the inflation train and don't seem to care about who pays the price as long as there font office and front lawn appear perfect. the important part like the units filled with people's valuables and lives still are in need of a some serious maintenance.

I have been here for 6 months, and my monthly rate has already gone up 50 dollars. They put out a good offer to get you to sign up then jack up the rates once they fill their units. Mice destroyed some of my things while I was away, and there are water leaks.

I have been a multi-year renter at this location from when it was Storquest, and now CubeSmart. The location is convenient, the units are spacious and the security at the annex location is good (at least I have never had a problem or ever saw any reason for concern). The rental rates are very competitive as well. When CubeSmart took over earlier this year, I had a pretty significant issue concerning my rental, leading to a major downgrade in my review of this facility under CubeSmart management. The company posted a polite reply and then directly contacted me about resolving the issue. The site manager Kacey went the distance to resolve the situation to both my and the company's mutual satisfaction. Kacey absolutely made me feel like I was valued as a customer and that my having been a consistent, reliable paying storage 'tenant' over several years meant something more than being just another revenue source. Kacey also recognized that I am an Army veteran and took this into account in working with me to resolve the situation. Typically, if I had a bad enough experience with a company or business to write up a scathing review, even if it prompted the business to take action to either fix or somehow address what led to the review, the most I would do would be to remove it, but I would not replace it with a positive review. In this case however Kacey and CubeSmart did enough to warrant my sharing it with others who might be considering renting self-storage at this location.

The place is in need of repairs, I've been there for a year and the door still hasn't been repaired, the door gets frozen shut because of bad draining and asphalt is bad but yet rent goes up. Go figure

After having a bad experience with another big name self-storage company I was looking for economical storage for a 10x30 drive up unit. I came across this facility in Commerce City, somewhat tucked away between 74th and 76th Avenues, close to Vazquez Blvd. Their pricing was excellent, beating out every other option within 20 miles, so I made an online reservation for a unit. Within less than 24 hours, I received a call directly from the site manager Taylor, who was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, so much so that after speaking with him I felt confident enough that I committed to move into the new unit before I even had a chance to see it in person. When I came to inspect it, the manager Taylor was again very helpful and courteous, willing to accommodate my schedule and take me to the annex site where they have larger units. I was pleased with the access system and the accessibilty and condition of my unit, as well as the overall security and location of the site where my unit was located. When I returned a day or two later to formally initiate the rental, there was an issue with my reservation, as it had gone a day past when I had set my reservation. I was concerned I might not be able to go through with the rental, even though I arrived with an SUV filled with items ready to move in. But once again the manager came through and ironed out the issue and then some, really going the extra mile for me, unlike any other storage site employee I had ever dealt with. The unit itself was clean, spacious as advertised and had an interior light fixture, which is really helpful whenever trying to access the unit after darkness, namely in the winter. I chose autopay which allowed me extended access hours to the site, which are more than adequate for my needs (6am to 9pm). Overall, I recommend this company and this particular facility and especially commend the manager Taylor for making the experience smooth and for giving excellent first rate customer care.

My friend’s mother was renting a storage unit from this place. The rent was $75 a month, which is a decent price. This elderly woman was informed that her storage unit is now going to cost her $250 a month. Most people living in Commerce City are on a fixed income, like my own mom is. Not sure who can afford their storage unties at this price. Terrible business practices.

I really appreciate the gentleman Brandon who helped me out and all get into a unit when needed he was great. The problem lies in the fact that there's a cockroach problem in the units. So storer's beware!!!! Spider's were a given I knew that beinng outside but roaches?!?!? There shouldn't be!! Not like that!! I'm glad I was only there for 2-ish month's and most my stuff was in plastic totes thank God! I found 4 roaches, only 2 spider's among my thing's. I'm 100% positive they came from storage because I moved into a brand new high rise in downtown.

What a horrible tin can of a storage unit! We were broken into, it leaked when it rained, mouse poop along walls regularly, camera wires were cut by vandals and never repaired, weeds overgrowing the entire property, holes in the doors filled the unit with a layer of dirt and the train going by 20 feet away rocked the whole "building". The manager was a nice kid, but sadly that is the only positive thing I can say. In summer, it ran 20° hotter and in winter, the gutters leaked in front of the doors so that I had to bring a shovel to break the ice to get the doors open. Sorry to say, this place sucks.

The lady who works in the office I believe Sophia is her name I've been by to pay my storage multiple times but she closes early 2 weeks I been trying to pay my unit and she refuses to stay until 5pm as posted on site and online now I have late fees really I also recorded the conversation and the way she treated me! How does a business owner maintain his business with a person who has no idea how to treat a customer! I feel it is intentional and now off to call better business Bureau
