Rate hikes. All the time. It will cost you DOUBLE what you signed up for within a year or two. Industry standard, so that makes it ok? It’s the same everywhere but it’s ridiculous. Prepay for a year at your signup rate if you want to stop hikes for 12 months. Otherwise expect BIG hikes within months. REVIEW UPDATE AFTER CUBESMART RESPONSE: I’ve contacted them several times after rate increases in the past. They will freeze the rate for a month or two but then just catch you up to all the increases they had originally planned after that. Not saying don’t use them, just know the rate you get when you sign up is probably only 30-50% of what you’ll pay if you plan on staying. Storage businesses increase profit by banking that you won’t want to move all your stuff. Pretty crappy.

this was the worst experience I have ever had It started with not being able to pay my bill and the due date was coming up and the system was broken because it wouldn't let me pay my bill so I was going in there talking to the manager about paying it through them and he says he's going to do me a favor by waving the fee of him paying my bill through him this one time I was like dude You shouldn't be charging me a fee because your damn system's broken but he was doing me a favor he said that was the beginning of how condescending the management there was towards me every time I called they were rude for the first 3 months they couldn't get my PIN code to work so every time I came in there I had be there when a manager was there to open up the gate for me which was a nightmare. i also had 24-hour access which they charged me a $25 fee a month for and I didn't even have 24-hour access for the first 3 months because my pin never worked to get through the gate then they finally get my pin to work I think just last month and I was finally able to get into the place without needing a manager to help me get in and then they send me my it's been 6 months now total and they're raising my rate another $40 and they said it's due to the market research that they raise everybody's rates at 6 months well when I started 6 months ago I paid $107.50 now they're charging new people $100.50 but my bill went up to $152.00 a month. the price everywhere has gone down but not cube smart they raise your rates every 6months so I moved out .. don't move in this place it's a nightmare ..

They get you in at a set price... tell you it may change in the future and you'll receive an email when it happens. Never once did I receive that notification. The staff knew this wasn't the first time this happens. It's been the same people there for a long time

Communication was great via email, text and phone. We were coordinating storing our RV and then also our tow vehicle and then catching flights out of Pheonix International Airport. The Cube smart management team was very communicative and made our several layer storage needs appear like "not a problem" . I have never had to use a storage facility before. I was recommended CubeSmart by a friend who had a good experience. So far everything has been very easy. I did not want to use the online check in system and instead went into the facility to sign my paperwork. I did this only because I have never done this before. David was a delight to work with. OMG, They claim good customer service but that's a lie. I remember when they started to build their new building I thought I would like to compare it with other storage units I have in other places so I waited till it was built and went and asked about a certain sized unit. They said they weren't available so I want back a few months later and they were finally availabke. So I set up a reservation to get one and on the day to move in I called many times and no one would answer my call so I traveled far to personally go there and when I got there nobody was at the office and it said on a sign they would be back in one hour so I waited an hour and when they manager finally came he told me I could not go in the office without a mask.(I had forgotten to bring one) Keep in mind that mask mandates were already canceled on state and national levels and he would not do business with me. I asked it he could sell me one or provide me one and he said no. I would have to go all the way back home and get my own. So I told him, no thanks. Don't want your business.

This is a newer location, so it's nice, clean, and secure. I had to rent my unit in the middle of the pandemic, and the staff was very helpful and responsive. Friendly staff and very helpful. She showed me various sizes to make sure what I wanted would work for my needs. She also gave me multiple options for where I wanted my unit to be. She showed me how to use the lock and where to use my pin for getting in/out. Was a great experience. Highly recommend going here.

So far so good! ?? > ???? wait! Nope! These people are NO GOOD! They reneged on just about every thing after I moved out of my old storage to theirs and discriminated on us for riding bikes and wearing back packs if you would believe! There is more to is, THEY SUCK, I'd go elsewhere.

I was greeted at the door with a smile and felt very welcome. I was checking out CubeSmart to move out of my previous storage space because the customer care was non-existent. This place is completely the opposite! Very warm, friendly, and helpful.
