Our interaction with Jayme , property manager, was a good experience. Jayme explained the facility and took us on a tour to see our locker. Afterward, we signed the paperwork and took possession of our locker. Nice facility, the area is clean has surveillance cameras and an onsite manager. We are pleased .

Constantly increasing rates making it not worth it and unfordable. Started at about $100 and by the time I took my stuff out a few years later, it was nearly $300 a month. I moved my stuff up the street to public for a fraction of the cost. This place is really run down as well

Jessica truly listened to my needs and what I wanted. Within 5 minutes, she provided me With what I needed. The previous agent had reserved a locker for me. When I arrived, he told me it was no longer available. I ended up with a 2nd floor unit vs. A first floor unit because there were not anymore units available on the first floor. Jessica look up my unit and immediately addressed the issue. She listened to my needs. And explained everything to me. I brought in my own lock. The agent from.the previous day said my lock was appropriate and would work. When I showed it to Jessica, she explained why it would not work. She is knowledgeable, listened to me, understood my needs, and provided me with a locker on the first floor. The agent I had on Monday, 1-8 needs to listen and learn more. Jessica made a bad situation into a very positive experience by providing for my needs. She is great!!!:

If you are there past closing or leave just before closing time they make sure to let you know about it & if your there 15 minutes past closing they warn you and say if it happens again we kick you out. That’s bad customer service if you ask me. Especially when people need to unload lots of items.

The staff at the facility where very professional. Your policies for my need to downsize my storage unit left a very negative impression. You charged me for a lock that I already have and you charged me for insurance that I already have with my homeowners insurance that you have on file. It this how you treat long standing customers. Had I known this in advance I would have gone elsewhere. Nickel and diming regular customers is bad customer service and very petty.

It has really friendly atmosphere. The girls are just terrific. Very polite and understanding. Willing to accommodate you the best they can. They will help you with every thing that you need. I would definitely recommend them to every one that's in need of one.

Lakisha and Nina are great people. They make you feel so comfortable and are so friendly from the first phone call inquiring about the storage unit to signing the paperwork. All the terms were clearly explained and there were no surprise extra expenses. The unit is very clean and I feel very safe going in there by myself. I would highly recommend this Storage facility.

I really appreciated how staff went out of their way to accommodate me when I moved across country. I needed a larger unit to store my belongings but didn't know when the movers were able to transport the contents of my house. Lakisha held this larger unit for me for at least 3 weeks until I found out the date I would need the storage unit. She also held the promotional rental price they were currently advertising even though she didn't know if it would be in effect at the time I needed the unit. Shouldn’t have extra fees when you sign up. When it says a certain price that’s what it should be period. A lock that can be reused should be the companies responsibility to figure out. Admin fee?? What for doing your job??? Insurance?? The company should carry insurance on what they are being PAID to store. Just another way to rip off people!! Amazing!!

I have for the last week tried to see the size of the unit I reserved and every time no one is in the office. I saw 2 girls smoking by the road on side of building but they just moved further away on one visit. I tried in the morning, noon, afternoon, and calling NOTHING. I ended up not getting the unit and better not have counted against me. Horrible store and if the girls on the side of the building did work there shame on you.

Great service, my first month was free. Online payment is easy and I was close to the store sometimes I paid at the office. The people at the storage are nice and they work with you if possible.

Great service, and great facility. Appreciate the climate controlled units, so much nicer when we unloaded a truck into our lockers. Very convenient for the truck, and appreciated having the carts, really helped get everything into the lockers. I'd recommend CubeSmart.

I LOVE this place. Stephanie was so nice and helpful to get me registered quickly. Very clean and the security is great. I especially like the proprietary lochs for the climate controlled spaces. Don't pass up the chance to use their climate controlled spaces.

Love this Cubesmart location! Extremely professional and friendly staff that were clear and concise. Jared made us feel welcome, explained everything throughly, and even came out with water when he saw how hard we were working while moving in. Left another storage company due to very poor customer service. The difference has been night and day!
