So far so good. We just signed up yesterday for our storage cube. The guys were very nice. About the only issue we have had is we tried to contact someone by phone and email beforehand and didn’t get any response. But they are very helpful in person.

I would highly recommend CubeSmart! I have had a storage unit here for many years and I have nothing but good things to say! It is a very clean facility air-conditioned and Ashley, the manager is always here to greet me when I come in! She also always goes out of her way to make sure that my questions and any concerns I might have are answered! Ashley was able to help me find a way to consolidate my unit and save me a little money in the process! She’s the best!!

They have superb customer service skills. We call Ashley because our gate code wasn't working and she let us know we were at the wrong location. We got to our location and it was a super easy to find the unit. Turned in the lock and office staff Damion was amazing and add our refund as we had our own lock. Everything was smooth. The price is great and we are very pleased with our decision to use this company. Thank you for everything!!! We will be recommending you to others.

I found the cube smart facility I was looking for very easily. I met the staff inside and found Cheyenne and Abraham to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The girl that works in the office is very friendly and made me feel at home on moving my problem with the company is that I was told on three occasions if I moved out early I would get a prorated refund back on the day of the move there was a new person some kid probably 19 years old who told me that I would not get a pro rated refund back I called the company and they also told me I would not get a prorated refund back I don't like doing business with people who lie and it's all I've been running into in Arizona is a baton switch scenario why can't people just stick to their word? I'll be going elsewhere in the future for my storage needs based on principle

Bait Switch - will never use again on principle. Was made to take/pay for insurance on the storage unit. Water flooded the basement ( Scottsdale AZ) go figure.... and my unit. Had vintage BB cards ... destroyed 2 boxes worth several thousand dollars ... the insurance they MADE me take and pay for DID NOT COVER WATER DAMAGE they claimed. Bait . Switch - Caveat Emptor Boys and Girls RE: CubeSmart .... probably a bad name :)

I love this place! We have had a storage unit (now 3!) for about 3 years. I rented the first storage unit from Tom, who is a fantastic guy! My last two have been rented from Jennifer who is kind, compassionate and sweet with the best personality! She lights up my day when I go in to see her! Jeff is equally wonderful and I cant say enough about these people or the quality of the facility. They are always willing to help and will do anything they can to make your experience a positive one. If you need storage, go to Storage West, Gray Road. Thank you so much Jennifer, Jeff and Tom!
