What started as a good experience turned into a horrible one on day 2. I moved from a 4 bedroom, two story house. Not everything was going to be Unloaded from The Uhaul , as some things were going back to my son. As you can imagine that could be a pain in the ass trying to separate things, however on day 1, we spent a few hours there and I didn’t realize it was already 10pm. Rachel the person that lives on site came up to us and was extremely rude about it being past 10. I apologized, even being overly nice because I did feel bad. It was our first day there. So we threw everything that was still out back in the uhaul. Rachel kept repeating herself over and over, talking to us like children, telling us we needed to hurry up. Where things went very wrong was on day 2, we were unloading for a few hours and were done at 9:36pm (before 10pm). My dad was there to help me, my ex-husband was the first day. I had to leave to go pick up my friend to drive the uhauls down the street, I get a call from my dad that Rachel (comes around at 9:30) telling my dad about what happened last night. I pull up and there is Rachel repeating herself over and over again about how she was there over 40 minutes the night before. I said to her, “well that doesn’t look like it will be the case does it because there was not one thing on the ground the storage unit was closed along with the U-Haul truck meaning we were done. I told her to that exact thing and so what was she doing still talking about it. She was so rude and then proceeds to ask me in front of the guy I’m seeing “where is the guy from last night?” I said that’s none of her business and we are leaving and before 10pm so what was the issue. She said it is her business & I told her the contract is with me only and she has no right to say what she did. She then says, “this is a hurry and get your stuff out and not a place to hang out all day” lol. Who in the world wants to hang out at a storage unitI’ve never been so angry and I almost pulled my stuff out of there and took my business elsewhere. If I didn’t have it full, I would have. Rachel is completely unprofessional, on a power trip for whatever reason, inappropriate, violated my right to privacy by discussing my business with people I didn’t authorize her to do and creating issues in my relationship. Clearly, she has no idea how no serious her job is and there was no reason for what she did. It’s disgusting and I am still unsure as to what the hell she was thinking on day 2 because she made herself look stupid as we were out before 10pm. I should have gone somewhere else.

I recommend this place wholeheartedly and here's why I've been looking for a particular unit that needs power and climate control especially being in Arizona that's a necessity cuz it does get up to 120° and if you have certain things that you need to store that cannot be even near 90 very important they're very honest with what the capabilities are of their facility and what they can allow and I appreciate that wholeheartedly because in this process of me trying to find something it is very vague until you talk to the facility itself which I barely frustrating but these guys have been an opening in the clouds so to speak where they make everything cut and dry very obvious to what they can and can't do and they were very very helpful and pointing me in the right direction of what I needed so I totally recommend them especially Rachel who I talk to today it's very stormy day here in Arizona which is a rarity but it's been super windy and she was willing to help me out and accommodate me while it was 50 mph plus winds I definitely going to be going through this company I just feel bad that I'm not going through the particular company that she helped me with so if you guys are looking for a storage unit and it's just a basic necessity I definitely recommend this one

The staff is amazing, but rent went from 140 when I first signed my agreement to 220, 2 years letter when I finally left for an 8x10x8 ft unit. That doesn't make sense as it doesn't align with the size of the unit when compared to any competition. I wouldn't recommend it for that.

Avoid this place like the plague, Rachel, who runs it is the most disgusting human being on the planet. She is not helpful she's judgmental. She jumps to conclusions she's sarcastic. She won't let you use the bathroom or the garbage which Sandy who used to run it before he would let the customers use the facilities and the jack up the price $40 every three to four months. I'm paying more than double what I used to when I first moved in. If you want to beharassed, go ahead and get a place at 7110 E. Southern in Mesa because Rachel will definitely make your experience miserable.

I enjoy this location. Its hidden. Hardly any traffic when I go in. Price is decent for being open late. They offer boxes for a price. Have a tiny store inside to buy storage items like locks, packing supplies, etc. So far no issues.

Great location but way overpriced and increase of 20 plus every 6 months. Not a good facility for long term. Units are not completely blocked in and has gaps to other units. My unit leaked and had mold on wall. Nothing was offered when I advised office. I lost mattress and box spring due to leak but were old. Office is friendly but have no power or desire to compensate.

Had to update this review. Shortly after moving in they increased my rent by additional $30/month. Now in for a year and they added another $30/month. The great rates drew me in but the constant raising of the rent is forcing me to move out.

My recommendation is to find someone else to store your products. These people wanted to up-charge me a 24% increase in monthy rent. Then, they gave me NO prior written notice. I discovered it when I received their Email stating what my next automatic payment would be. I found another comparable temperature controlled space for substantially less $$ nearby. When I moved my things, I discovered that this rental space was full of rat droppings & termite tracks. Therefore, their rodent control is apparently non-existant!!

My experience at this location was amazing! Jonathan the manager was informative and helpful to my needs! He helped me obtain a unit so quickly! I went back 2nd day, he called me by name and assisted me with what I needed! He is so friendly and talked to many of the customers that were putting things in their own units. He walked me to mine unit and showed me the process of entering the climate control area where my unit is, showed me where outlets were if I needed more light and where the carts were for me to use! I appreciated his attention to detail and how he treated me like we’ve been friends for ever! I definitely will refer this location and company to my real estate clients for future use during moves or just general storage!
