This cube smart is a wonderful place to store your stuff. I am terrible with names. I can’t remember the elderly ladies name but she’s extremely sweet and helpful knowledgeable and make sure you’re taking care of gives you a tour of the place. Gives you all the information about everything from beginning to end Times how to do stuff the maneuverability inside the place is a little tight but a 26 foot U-Haul can go in there if you go about it the right way and you don’t get in a hurry. She also gives pointers on stuff like how to get your vehicle in there.

Unfortunately the whole experience was unsatisfactory. The price increases every three months in comparison to the quality of service and unit itself is unacceptable. The lack of accountability towards the condition my unit was left in after the door renovation was deplorable I will not be using this company nor will I recommend it to anyone in the future.

Wonderful experience here. Facilities are clean, well maintained, and the staff is wonderful. Beware, if you are trying to fit a 20ft Uhual, or a trailer, some of the smaller units have narrow lanes and driving or backing in can be a bit of a challenge. You will certainly need a spotting partner or be an exceptional parallel parker. The larger units have larger lanes. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me out at the front office, she was an absolute gem. Seeing as I was making a move in 100+ degree weather, she was kind enought to check on us and offered a seat in the office ac if we needed to cool off.

The facility is always clean. The office staff is awesome. I loved renting there,BUT, I do not like the fact that the long term renters get a price increase each year. There should be a grandfather clause for long term renters. If you want to keep long term renters, then something should change. This is why I moved out after 6 years. With the economy the way it is right now, you should be doing everything you can to keep your long term renters. When i moved in 6 years ago, i had 2- 10*20 units, each were under $150. Now my 1 unit, same size had jumped to almost $300. So this is the reason I left. Times are hard and money is tight.

**BAIT and SWITCH COMPANY**Pricing on my unit started out 4 years ago @ 103.00/ month fair at the time for a 10x10 unit , every 8 mos or so they send out a notice for another increase in the monthly rate since signing on with them I've taken on about 4-5 increases which now has the pricing of the unit @ 188.00 a month **nearly double of what we originally agreed upon, Crooks if you ask me // Ive called in several times to ask what warrants these increases, I get told the same thing that its "corporate that implements the rent increases" annually however no matter how much they raise your rent , your items and belongings inside of their facility will still be covered with roofing debris and asphalt upon returning to your unit after it has been closed up for a period of time . Better choices out there **Beware*

Way overpriced and isn’t even cooled!!! Considering Arizona reaches over 120 degrees this is insane!!! Other storages have a waiting list but are 1/2 the price and air cooled! Charged me $197 a month then I’m sure got complaints so they lowered the fee. Never got a refund for their mistake! I would recommend you waiting for a unit ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!

My husband had everything set up . He got the phone call the day before .They mentioned we needed to go pick up 4 locks . That I could be the one to get the storage unit. When setting every thing up. Was alarmed that we had to get MANDATORY property insurance. We weren't told this over the phone. The highest they covered was $5,000. For $27 extra a month. Why only $5,000 ? My property is worth way more than that! Quite disappointing. Surprise #2. Go to go see the unit and gentlemen tells me "oh you only need 2 locks". Me " the lady on the phone said I needed 4 locks 2 are in front 2 are in back " surprise #3 . Not my lucky day is it! and the locks I bought didnt even fit . HE Said I could buy them there. Mind you for $5.00 more each than what Walmart sells them. No thanks I'll get it at walmart. At this point I was soo annoyed . I've never rented a storage unit before. They should tell you these things when you get a unite. Noone likes surprises. Now let's hope my moving company can fit there truck to where my unit is.

Storage is fine. Alley to get to cube is extremely narrow. Do not try to get in there with a long truck or trailer. People there are attentive and cooperative. So far so good. Four more weeks in storage.

If they had a zero I would put zero. Very unprofessional raise my rent $25 without even notifying me. The reason why the rent was raised per their customer service is everything else that is currently being rented out there is at a higher price so they chose to raise my storage by $25 without any notice and I've been there for a while. Now I'm looking for another place to take myself once again after 6 months because of their greed

Michelle and Linda were so incredibly helpful! They made us feel completely at ease with shipping all our storage from St. Louis to Green Valley (in a very large trailer) and made the transition as smooth as possible. The location is easy and very well maintained. So happy I went with Cubesmart!

I called many storage facilities trying to find the best one for our needs and decided on Cube Smart because of the helpfulness of Michelle. GREAT customer service! She and Geovanna were so kind and helpful for everything we needed. I also like the gate for security. The isles to drive through are a little cramped though but it wasn't too big of a problem for us.

Whenever I go to make a payment for my storage unit, Linda has always been very welcoming and pleasant. Her attitude and courtesy are top rate!!! (She even offers a bottle of water on hot days and it is much appreciated.) While there today, I met two new gals, Michelle and Geo, who will also be working at this location. They, too were extremely welcoming. I will definitely continue to recommend CubeSmart to friends and co-workers.

This is a very customer friendly storage facility. We grabbed the last two units of the same size, plus reserved another unit for overflow. Mark and Linda were very understanding of us extending our extra unit reservation twice because we didn't know if we needed by the two dates. The only thing about this property is that the driveways are very small. You cannot drive a big truck around the corners, so even though the unit says it's a drive-up, you may have to park and walk to your unit. That's the only reason why I can't give 5 stars, but this is one of the best priced storage facilities in Green Valley.

This is our first time using a storage facility. After calling around CubeSmart had the best rates and great discounts. Customer service was extremely great. BOXES! If you need packing or storage boxes they have all you need including specialty boxes for packing dishes and such. Linda is very helpful as well!
